Putin is saying he is scaling back his war...do you believe him?...retreat and rearm...?...the attacks have been deadly for sure...but the results?...not what he expected...the devastation?...well, the pictures say yes...the drone versions say yes...but the humanity there, say no...so sad that man and woman, have to go through this...even his military, as they are more pawns in his scheme of things...
