The Guessing Game

With the shelling of Ukraine, by the orders of the dictator Putin...so near the Poland border...we continue our GUESSING GAME as to his ultimate wants and desires...my fear...is that he wants to re-establish the USSR as it once was...become a martyr...and have a bust for all Russia to honor...along side the others...Lenin, Stalin, and whomever...as I have said over and over...at the mercy of mankind...the pawns that he kills along the way...for his self preservation and glory...

Here is where we differ on the outside looking in...how involved shall the rest of the World be?...some say we should strike back...at him...some say that take away his imports and exports will drain him...this is the key statement that is so necessary...it is no longer just the USA who feels the need to HELP...NATO is at the center of whatever is happening...as Europe, as we see it today, is in jeopardy...

I continue on with this...I will never understand a leader of people who would order the KILLING of people and the MASS destruction of another country, WITHOUT PROVOCATION!...who does that?...does he not have a conscience?...you who defend him, can't possibly believe that he believes in a God...what makes him tick?...how does one sit down and try to analyze him?...or even, attempt to negotiate anything?...he has to possess an EVIL mind...brilliant?...you have to be out of your own mind to come to that conclusion...

It is a guessing game as to what comes next...at what point will he go too far?...will Russia come to it's own senses and reel him back?...OR, is it too late?...as the rest of the World prepares...stocks up on weapons...in case...

Moving on...

One of my almost impenetrable thoughts is the common man or woman, owning a gun...for safety?...OK...for hunting?...if you must...but now?...to guard against the loss of family?...I think I can see that happening...even me...

Hoops...the D-1 cats have done their T's...SDSU lost at the buzzer and now...must await an at large pick...I have no idea who is in and who is not...guessing game...Ducks?...out...Aztecs?...in...Duke?...can't shoot...and so it goes...the naming of the teams today...

Beisbol...so this is what I got from the owners/players agreement...the universal DH...hmmm, and in the year to come, the defense shift to be tabled...the double-headers back to normal 9 innings...and the absurd OT rule of starting a dude on 2nd, is now Kaput...3 game series for the wild card...much better than the one game fiasco...which I called the high school rule...there are others...

Pro hoops...be very aware of the Golden St Warriors...as they are getting the troops back from the IR...ie, Green, Payton, Iggy, and Wiseman...imagine all 4 returning!...

The Island Green...at the Players...with the rain, wind, and cold...the best in the game...can't handle this hole...amazing...imagine you or I trying it...Tin Cup...

I accused my mother of throwing out my beloved baseball cards...ah, a few years back...this is the one I had and miss the most...of Mickey Mantle...he wasn't my fav (Rocco Colavito was), but this one was the hardest to get....(and apparently to keep)...

Did you set your clocks forward last eve?...amazes me that we do this fall back/spring forward thang...Zona doesn't....so it must be up to each state...

And this...China has let out a warning to any country that would support Taiwan militarily...they say the 'worst consequences'...to say we are in trying times, is an understatement...just why do they need to conquer that land, er, island?...

Just in...an American journalist was shot and killed in Ukraine...Brent Renaud, 51...video journalist that worked for The NY Times in the past...by the Putin led forces...in Irpin...

Money in college hoops...just yesterday, 4 D-1 hoops had coaches get their pink slips...fired...with pay...expect more...win or else...really, it is recruit or else...you gone...it is rarely about the coach being out of line, but due to lack of wins...college presidents, do you have no shame?...

Speaking of green...Saint Paddy's day is 4 away...we have some coo t shirts for it...

And Marjorie Taylor Greene...who I am nominating for the worst person of the month...you know, in staying with the green thing...hands down, the winner, I reckon...

And we are bagging again...off to Indio for the week...will be spotty posting...bear with me...or is that bare?...in the 90 degree temp...somebody has to do it...
