Check Your Batteries

One of the most annoying things that happens when you leave for a bit...coming home to a beeping sound...going off...OK, more like a chirp...man, if they are not loud and at times, hard to find...right?...it is the bloody sensor in the fire warning monstrosity...a needed and also, untimely thang...getting on a ladder to switch the uniquely designed circular piece of plastic, dependent on a fresh 9 volt battery...some wise person once told me, to change them all at the same time...you know what I am talking about?...THIS time, we came back to serenity...but, I always fear this...and we have now...a boatload of the 9V batteries from Costco on hand...just to be prepared...
