Mercy

There is little more than 'have mercy'...as the orders of Putin have been ongoing and devastating...conquering the land of Ukraine...at all costs, apparently...as the battle is now 'in the streets of Kyiv'...we watch in horror, as the people defend themselves as best they can...a very sad day for mankind...leaders, representing themselves...sending out their pawns to do the work...

The Ukrainian people are defiant...for the first time I heard other commentary on this struggle...that the Ukraines will bond forever as vigilantes...that Putin will not squat on the land, but will setup a satellite government, dictated by him...and him alone...does this ever work?...

Unfortunately, my fears are that he is not through...it will give him more and more false confidence that he can do the same elsewhere...which he will try...yes, at some point there will be OTHERS confronting his pawns...MY HOPE, is that his own government will seek and destroy him...that they will not go on with his vision...of Russian domination...at all costs...

Moving on...

Yowser...the Clip Joint took down the LaLa Lakers for the 6th straight time last eve...the refs fault...I was inbounds...the shot clock...blah blah blah...as Paul George and Kawhi sat on the bench in street clothes...who were the guys playing?...team vs old NBA dudes...team won...pardon me, but why on earth is Russ Westbrook one of the 75 best ever NBA stars?...no way, no how...

In a complete turnaround...the round, well not so anymore, Mike Pompeo, our actual one time Sec of State of OUR country...has now condemned the actions of Putin...reason?...he is running for office...yup, that will make you change your tune...

This does NOT feel like a Saturday...Tuesday, yes...BTW, my playing companion, Gary L, got his first hole in one out at Singing Hills...a one hop ace at number 6 on Oak...it was....cool...here is the celebratory group, minus the Pops, who is taking the pix...yes, this was the gang that triggered the rock group's name...'The Motley Crew'...

Some yahoo, got hold of the contract of the UCLA Bruins HC Chip Kelly...and is divulging it all to the social media folk...for some reason, he thinks he got a scoop...for his info, it is the way of most all HC in collegiate football, you foo...

Not sure how this works...but the Beard fit into the 76ers scheme of things, like they have been together for a long long time...in a whopping 133-102 smashing of the T-Wolves...could it be the workings of Doc?...he is one of the 5 true coaches in the NBA...

I keep hearing this...why aren't the Americans fighting back the Russians?...is that what you want?...are we still the World's Police Force?...or, are sanctions as tough a bite we can take out of Russia?...er, Putin?...it's all leadership, kids...the common man and woman...would not fight...
