Definitely NOT Myopic

Thank YOU for reacting to yesterday's post...the passion was better than the wording, I must add...yet, you did get my picture of where I stand...suppose in the end, I see the bigger phase, not just the here and now...definitely NOT myopic...as the racial divide is all around us...why NOW is a debatable point...

The ESPN feed was filled with the accusations by the fired black head coach of the MIAMI DOLPHINS...NFL, kids...Brian Flores...the owner, Stephen Ross, says otherwise...calling them "false, malicious, and defamatory"...he and the team's leadership, fired Flores...and in his suit, he claims racism in the hiring process...and this jewel...that he was paid $100,000 for every loss...as the team wanted to tank, to get into a better 'draft position'...

Now...this is all alleged...right?...imagine...just for a second...that team M did that...offered cash to throw a game...then, why not bet on the predicted outcome?...who is there to find this out?...let's see, lose a game to better your position in the draft, make a substantial amount of money betting ON THE LOSS...like a win win for the owner, right?...well, that is just supposin'...some one would actually do that...

The fired black head coach of the Cleveland Browns, Hue Jackson, said that the Browns did the same thing...had him lose for draft position...you getting a pattern, here?...

Kind of related...the former nickname of the Washington Football Team, was the Redskins, as you all know...the history of the franchise is muddled in white supremacy...at it's inception...will NOT go into this...but, they did drop the 'skins name...and finally settled on another...the Commodores!...after Lionel Richie's group?...I jest...anyhoo, a point was made on PTI yesterday...that all team nicknames are shortened eventually...the Jaguars to the Jags, the Buccaneers to the Bucs, the 49ers to the 9ers...you get the thing...and he was concerned that the Commodores would be the Commies...ha ha...ha ha...ha ha...

Breaking...another head coach hired in the NFL...by the Minnie Vikings...not the Bro Harbaugh of the Mich U....but another white bloke...that is 0/5 non-minorities hired...

News out of DC this am, that the current leader of ISIS was killed in a raid in Syria...thing is, now there is a new leader...never ending problem...another head will pop up...what do you call that?...

You know, I have always felt that to name the best ever at a game...er, sport...is ridiculous...time changes the game and the sport...really...I can give you the best at the time...but, to compare from 20 to 30 years ago to now, is ah, NO!...

Captain Cook...his ship may have been found off the coast of Rhode Island...not too sure his legend isn't a bit contrived...some say he was a pirate...hmmm, a Brit (can I say that?), that was a captain in their service...and was killed off the coast of Hawaii, by the natives there...so, what is the deal with the Cook ship in Rhode Island?...call me confused...
