So here we go again...one of the SCOTUS, er the Supreme Court of the United States, is set to resign...and it is the duty of the sitting Prez to nominate a replacement...and the show begins...it is up to Congress to OK the nom...the opposing party, this time the Repubs...will dig through the skeletons of the nom and harpoon as best they can, it is said to be a her...a black her...well, won't this be a very interesting spectacle...

You know my feelings on electing a judge...there should be term limits for SCOTUS...they should be voted on by the people of the land, NOT by the lads and lassies in Congress...who vote only in their blocks...but, who am I to say?...it is what it is...and I fear, this particular nomination will turn into a circus...like most others...be careful this time, though...you hearing me, Mitch?...African Americans ARE Americans...

Statistics are out on the Covid...seems that the bulk of the infections are now Omicron...can be deadly, but the severity of that, is less than the original...as the experts tell us...are we on the downside of this?...fingers crossed...

I did not know this...the Farmers out at Torrey...started yesterday (Wednesday) due to the announcers of the event, are the same blokes who do the NFL playoffs...and they have to git out to the sites to do the games...on Sunday...thus, the PGA T has to conclude on Saturday....wowser, the importance of the microphone dudes is that big...

Speaking of hardly golf...the Horse was beyond bad yesterday...I think I had like 4 good shots the entire round...don't get me going on me putting...the lowlight?...putting for an eagle on 10, and knocked the son of a gun OFF THE GREEN!...touch?...spaz city...

Who is Joe Rogan why is he relevant?...well he has a voice...a UFC color commentator, comedian, and the host of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast...you see he is an anti-vaxxer...that has to his credit, a scientist, Dr Robert Malone, who had an angle that would support some of what Rogan has been saying, on his telecast, this...'made baseless and disproven claims, including falsely stating that getting vaccinated put people who have already had Covid-19 at a higher risk'...risk of what?...death?...well, so you get the drift of what he is all about...Neil Young took offense to this jargon...this on Spotify...and he told the service, it's either Rogan or Young...Neil's songs are no longer on that service...and I am not listening to that service either...

The NFL and their head coach hires...as we know, they are down to 8 now...Denver is to add Nathaniel Hackett as theirs...the Pack's OC...ah, white...as the tradition continues on...'tradition?'...maybe another word is more appropriate...

The new Cox box...yup, traded out the remote...ah, that was not it...now, have to trade out the box...what a hassle...the Tech said he would get back to me...thus far, nope...

We finished 'The White Lotus'...give it a B+...HBO Max...6 episodes...had it's moments...well, enough for us to watch it all the way through...more than anything, made us want to go back to Maui...

Recall I did a segment on cars made in China...and was asked yesterday, who they sold them to...the answer is Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Russia...but get this...also to the US (where?...I have seen none of them), Mexico, and Chile...and this...'in 10 years, the Chinese cars will be as common as Toyotas and Hyundais in the US'...hmmm...

You Jeopardy junkies...Amy Schneider was dethroned after 40 wins...lost out on a Q, that the Horse had...Boss Lady called Snooki, to see if he  could answer it...too...he responded before she got thru with the Q...just sayin'...mighty suspicious...but, I believe him...I really do...don't you?...
