As we get ourselves ready for the upcoming cold season...hmmm, not so much here...but, elsewhere...dang it, it does get coldish here for awhile...decent at night...in sunny SoCal...well, south SoCal...one has to search for their sweatshirts, sweaters, jackets, and or whatever...you would not believe the amount of people that love the concept of wearing North Face gear around here...yes, the Horse even wears his stocking cap...especially inland, as it does get down to the 30's...part of the peeling process...by the time the round is finished, am in shorts and golf shirt...

Is it cotton, FLEECE, polyester, or some new miracle fabric that we adorn ourselves with?...the latest trend?...hoodies on the golf sweater...cool...I'm a huge fan...

Cosmo made it back safe and sound, albeit, somehow he (we) lost the window washer nozzle on the right side...never had that happen before ever...in all me rigs...weird...trying to find a replacement is not easy...just the name of it was a journey in itself...but, man, a 7 hour ride from Montecito to SD is a bit much...loads of traffic in LA (duh) and all the way down the 5 and 805...we are thinking that we have to split that up the next time, and stop at Huntington Beach...perhaps...by the time, we get back home, we are dead tired...

The one side of the beisbol World Series matchup is done...Houston handled the Sox, kinda easily....and await the Bums/Braves winner...late word is that Scherzer is NOT starting game 6 in Atlanta...?...not good news for LaLa...

Staying in LA...the Lake Show lost again in this early season...this time at home to the Suns...to make matters worse, a brief hoo haw broke out on the LA bench between AD and Dwight Howard...ah, he gone...imagine the mess...the Lakers have too many oldsters to be big time winners...too many egos...poof!...

For some reason, the JFK Assassination files will not be released...again...until Dec 15, 2022...has to be that some body implicated, but not proven involved, is still living...why else?...if the case was rock solid on Lee Oswald, why not release?...makes you and I, wonder...

One of the attractions of Pismo Beach, is the highly acclaimed 'Butterfly Park'....thousands of them flying about...we stopped, and saw maybe 10...reminds moi of the time we visited Victoria's (Canada) famous Butchart Gardens.,..we were there in the off season, and all we saw, were pruned bushes...ha ha...our luck...

The search is over for Brian Laundrie...his remains were found...man, that was a calamity from the get go...what a waste of humankind...

trump wants a new election...says he got robbed...isn't that what 'they' do in non democratic nations?...call for elections willy nilly...58% of his OWN party doesn't want the foo...I think it is higher than that...

So it has been rumored, that the turkey supply may be down...the peops in the know say buy one today, and freeze it...for Thanksgiving...a month early?...rush to Costco and get one...in every basket will be TP, sanitary wipes,, and a turkey....well, and a cooked chicken...

The Ducks in LaLa, too...gosh, I have written that city way too often today...12:30 kickoff...other close type games...SDSU at the entire Air Force...Utah at Oregon St...all the 'national' contenders have easy games today...really...
