Splitsville

Tonight we saunter on over to the new Rady Outside Venue...to see the 'master' of the legendary Beach Boys...Brian Wilson...sans Mike Love...who is the other guy...who has his own version of the ever popular band...which we have seen at least 10-15 times...really...a few years back, the remaining guys got together and did a 50 year reunion tour...but now, they are back to where they have been for some time...SPLITSVILLE...not exactly sure what we are to see, but the fact that he is still with us...to entertain, is enough for moi...

Equally disappointing, is the make up of the once very together CSN, and or, CSNY...Crosby Stills Nash and sometimes Young...now they are bickering and refuse to not only tour together, but even TALK to one another...band blokes, who fight...ha ha...rumored to be about what one said about another's woman...most don't have just one...let's just say, about the current one...they too, SPLITSVILLE...

The airlift is over in Afghanistan...what is left has to be the ARGO type of thang...sneak whomever they can get out, out...the numbers that did get out, are staggering...the biggest migration via air, that has ever been...many do not report this...it had to be done...20 years of frustration and failed leadership is enough...of course, the forevers will find fault that we left...what would have trump done?...right...

The lil lady and I made a slight weave in our normal nites' stuff...we walked down to the Whiskey House...needed a break from the work overload...and saw this mighty interesting, intriguing, inviting, simply marvelous ploy they gots there...a 5 course 'Pappy' tasting for $349!...my math shows circa $70 a shot!...normally, it is double that...Boss Lady said something about getting that for my birthday...Snooki, you coming down for the festivities?...

We have lightning in the area...north of us, around Del Mar and inland...lots of it...I have checked the radar and it appears to be heading east...glad this is not a golf day...
