Mask Up

I think I may be naive here...as we went into Costco yesterday, I would judge the numbers of people that are MASKING at 80%...the Delta variant?...not being inoculated?...or, the common sense of just putting the thang on?...is it that those who don't get the vaccine are driving the rest of the country to protect themselves from them?...it just confuses me...however, to be safe, we shall mask up...again...like I said the other day, the numbers of protected people in masks, are much much higher here in Cali than in Oregon...I dunno...

The nonsensical argument that the kids shouldn't be in schools...masked...where most are not given the shots...brings out the worst in some parents...no worse than in the vagabond state of Florida...where the foo Guv lays out fatal judgements daily...still in his forever mode...now THIS is a guy that needs to be 'recalled'...

How about the beginning to the 'Field of Dreams' game yesterday!...as Kevin Costner relived that epic film...as he walked out of the corn field...then the White Sox and Yankees did the same...gave me chills watching the replay of it...terrific idea and deliverance...

Not so much, the game for us vs the DBacks...we need pitching...in the worst way...for all the notoriety of the GM AJ, he did not and has not, got the club quality starters...or drafted them to work their way up...the essence of the game...PITCHING!...get this, there are people out there, that are calling for the firing of the pitching coach!...what's the line, making chicken soup out of chicken _____....

For all of the hullabaloo of the game show 'Jeopardy'...the common yahoo gets at most 4 right every show...don't give that crap that you get 14 or so...your fingers are not that fast to google the answers...the search has been on to get a new host, as Alec Trebeck(?)  past on...ah, really, who cares who the host is?...Snooki would be great at it...try him...

Afghanistan...we have or are pulling our troops out...just like Russia did...listen, kids...you can't occupy a country...we got our goal of Bin Laden...why we have stayed since, is beyond moi...and just as expected...at least as the Horse thought...the Taliban will and is going to take back the country...in this case, in rapid fire...17/34 provincial capitals have fallen to them already...man, this resembles Vietnam in a lot of ways...

I've got 3 weeks to get out to Del Mar to see them hosses...and wager a quid on them...perhaps, in a week or so?...Boss Lady, you up for this?...

Hey, for some unknown reason, the achilles thang has gone away...ah, it is good...WTH?...was it the lack of golf?...the rest of it, during the 3 week excursion?...and, wow, to the swim yesterday...go figure....yea, so my face is bare...the whiskers gave me the look of a natural mask...what's left over can be very very scary...
