Race to Space

The time is, to get into space...like OUTER SPACE...the rich and daring blokes...and gals...that want to see it for themselves...what it's truly like...cuz, they gots so much money...and they have done everything else man or woman can do...build a rocket ship and blast up up and away...last week it was Richard Branson...today it is Jeff Bezos and compadries...OK, one could say there may be a better way to spend their 'hard earned' cash...humanity is dying off like beyond compare...yes, it's their scratch...and it must be itched in their own way...

Bully on them, and I am mildly interested...like watching a car race...OK, Chief Donny, that may be a bad comparison...JCC, in reality...but, dang it all, I led with it...

The 6th and perhaps, telling NBA playoff game is tonight...as the Bucks host the Suns...a win by Milwaukee and the series and champ trophy is theirs...which I kinda think will happen...are people watching these games?...seems like it is not a high priority...cuz they are low market teams...the Horse will watch...not for the hoops, but the drama...

BTW, no post yesterday, as I awakened too late...had an early tee time...and bam...had to run...sticky hot out at Singing Hills, I might add...

The Jan 6 debacle...at the Capitol...more insights on it...a commission is forming...and, of course, on the Rep side will be the crazed Jim Jordan...how he continues on, amazes moi...he still is trumps' lil puppy dog...has he no shame?...you know the answer...you DO recall the Congressionals and the VP were running for their lives, right?...

Since April 1 in Alabama...over 96% of the Covid 19 deaths...were unvaccinated people...c'mon...the shots are out there, get them!...

On the ground, the mighty Padres got rained out in Hotlanta...so a DH today, weather permitting...we do need some quality pitching...fingers crossed...oh yea, SF beat LA last eve...they need to take turns beating each other...and we need to win them all...adjusting this...the DH is tomorrow, not today...

Let's see...if the 'super stars' of the NBA, spot work on their craft...like NOT free throw shooting...it is apparent they do work on their 3 point shots...and team wise, no squad runs any motion any more...thus, 'practice' must be non-stop shooting from the arc...and going off on the pick and roll...

The Horse does miss the good music...there is a Beach Boys channel on XM, 105...and the 50's 60's and 70's...dominate my listening...how about you?...

Finally, we are preparing for the Oregon trip via Cosmo...checking the routes and the weather...give the lil wurman all the props for the organization...have had to make some alterations, as some destination spots have problems...today is a Costco run for some prepackaged foods...it is a job to do this right...and we ALWAYS forget something...even though, we have lists to deal with...
