On the Other Hand


I find it refreshing, that the present regime is trying to patch up the mess they were ladened with...by trump's maligned attempt at leadership...call it 'encapsulation', I guess...whatever it was, it didn't work...so, Prez B hits the road to mend fences in Europe...part, to meet up with Putin...as his VP Harris, returns from a fact finding mission in the southern Americas...getting to the root of the mass migration from there...ah, before the wall, dude...these are baby steps in the correction process...we need to be put back on the world's map as a leader, not a full blown macabre of a nation...

Yesterday, I emphasized the perils of global warming...today, the needs of fixing the infrastructure of the 30's that we still travel on...for some reason, the Repubs are balking at lending their support for this...how is this a bi-partisan item?...should be a non-party affiliated thing...get er done, people...at least, let's start to...

My good buddy, TT, warned of petrol prices that may hit the marks as high as $8 a gallon...I scoffed at the notion then...perhaps, the bloke was more right than I gave him credit for...do miss the days of the price wars of 28 cents a gallon...if we knew then, what we know now...

Over at the ball yard, the Cubbies dominated the feeble hitting Padres...got baffled by the dude we traded away to get Yu...Davies, who barely hits the radar gun...and another player we traded away, 1B Rizzo, homered...yet, we looked like rookies...oh well, 99 more chances...but, this was quite alarming...

I tried, I really did...but, I just can't watch much of the NBA playoffs...the game is now a bizarre array of one on one...who runs a set?...nobody...the beauty of the game is GONE!...dribble dribble penetrate, then kick out to a bloke standing in the 3 ball range...missile launched...booooooooooo...

Influencers...you see this?...of the past 2 decades, kids...the leader?...the K Fam...oh my...how much botox, ass filling, boob alterations, tummy tucks, nose jobs, skin stretching can one do?...and be called an influencer...guess that is true...start with a sex tape...and there you go...congratulations USA...

Speaking of downers...the spiraling of Rickie Fowler...down...yet, he gets more commercials than any other golfer...as a player, he is nearly done...it's a brutally hard game, ya'll....

Today, I do a double check...for the trip to Vegas...I call the airlines, to make sure they have our TSA pre-check...call the hotel, to make sure they have us coming in...fill out the check sheet that I print out each and every time we travel...do you do this?...one more...no golf today, just to be sure, I don't do any more harm to me body before the trip...

We often talk to a fellow dawg walker...who has a scheduled trip to Canada coming up...get this...the Canadians don't let the USA peops into their country...yet...now...ah, how do they stop us, and we can't stop the peops on the southern border from coming into....?...well, you know...

I am NOT a Charger fan anymore...since the move to LaLa...but am of the former Duck, QB Justin Herbert...the dude has really hit the weights ( I assume) and looks buff...ready for the next campaign...

We had a big BOOM last eve...no, it wasn't the 4th of July...nor, was it an earthquake...so, the news services contacted Camp Pendleton...yes, indeedy, they were testing booming thangs...wonder what it was?...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
