Morning from SoCal...

Hey, kids...we are back home...as I alluded to, it was a treat to go to Vegas...but, also an eye opener...more than anything, was the fact that we need to have someone come stay with Sammi...seriously, when we picked her up, she cried for 20-30 minutes...will not do that again...the trip, was personally fun for us...the Mirage, was great...however, we have never seen so many people in the city...!!!...everywhere...if you are going, you will have to adjust for that...and, the heat, my Gawd, the heat!...108* as we left...and to get up to 117* the rest of the week...ah, right...as you hit the pool, with thousands of your best friends...

The last thing that registered in my brain...was the flight home...it said the aircraft was the Boeing 737 Max...wait, wasn't that the one that was grounded for over a year or two?...YUP!...saw this, but did not tell Marsh...until we landed...the air turbulence out of Vegas was real rocky kids...the heat thang, again...but, a 45 minute flight...well...the stewards didn't even get out of their seats...thx for nuttin'...

The mighty Padres finally got a win...thx to the bat of Jr!...a grand salammy...perhaps, that will get us going as we travel to Colorado...one game at a time, ya'll...

The Suns eliminated the Nuggets...man, the MVP Jokic. did look like a joker in this one...a stoopid slap at a player...and he was ejected in the 3rd quarter!...thus, the end of the series...most valuable?...most idiotic...

Hey, one more thing about flying...if you don't have the TSA Pre Check...you are robbing yourself of time savings in the getting through the gates....we just fly...you MUST check it out...

Two of the reported finalists for the Blazer job, are ladies...and either one would be a dandy...thing is, can they teach D?...if so, I'd hire them...or her, in a heartbeat...
