Morning kids...this brand new day of ours...March 22, 2021...as we set sail on yet another exciting and rewarding week...be thankful that we are alive and kicking...thru the grace of well, you know...keep putting up the fight...wear your mask, social distance, and wash your hands...and...get inoculated when you can....

Speaking of that...the next vaccine, that is getting tested...seemingly worldwide...is the AstraZeneca one...reports from over the pond is that it has some side effects...however, our site says that it is 79% effective...I am guessing that is a one shot thang...in lieu of the double dose...is that good enough?...keep in mind, that most of the regular flu shots, are in the range of 27% effective...so, yes, I am thinking...get vaccinated, people...

Both the gents and the ladies are doing their Big Dance...no better day than for the Oregon State Beavers!....as both teams advanced with big W's...yes, I am a Duck fan, but, when the Bevo are playing anyone other than UO, I pull for 'em...as RB says, 'jump on the bandwagon'...sure, why not?...

I just saw a poll for the hoops teams...ah, what?...at this point, they mean nuttin...it's all about winning in the T...nothing else matters...especially some pundit voting...

Big day... for the Pac 12 in the gents T....UO, Colorado, UCLA, and USC all play today...

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
