Spoke Too Soon


I had been warned...that it might take a day...or so...before the effects would hit you...the 2nd Covid Vaccine by Moderna...I just want to be honest with ya'll...not a scare tactic...this is a true thang, that we went through...symptomatic of all?...don't know...but, it was of us...Marsh had the chills and a headache right away...me?...I felt fine and took off for my golf round in the am...about the 5th hole or so...I started to doing and feeling weird stuff...like the yips...not that I don't do em anyway...got real tired...and by the back nine, had a bad, REAL BAD, headache...tired, listless...and could hardly make the 30 minute drive home...hit the bed, and pretty much stayed there until this am...chills, horrible headache and a fever...figure the Tylenol PM helped a ton...woke up this am, with almost a normal feeling...still a slight headache...but no fever or chills...Marsh says she, too, is feeling better...BTW, she remained in bed most of yesterday...with those same symptoms...so, there you go...if you haven't got your 2nd shot, you can expect this sort of stuff...as I have said all along, it is worth it...in the long run...

Tiger...the next bit released...sounds like they are going to reconstruct his right leg...all the way down...the initial reports, had him breaking both legs...no talk about his left one...of course, the important thing?...he is alive...many have asked 'will he play golf again?'...?...lord, let's hope he can walk again...then we can talk about that...and another Q...with so many of the very rich...why don't they have 'chauffeurs?...man, he had body guards all around him when he played golf...why not other times?...

One of the best times in the USA for sound bites...ah, we have to have some positives....is that trump is not heard of, nor Tweeted...let him play golf...let him surround himself with his hangeronners...do whatever he does down in Florida...but, don't bring him out of his cocoon...and bestow babble and bullshit on the rest of us...

The Covid numbers are down...greatly...Johnson & Johnson...may have their single shot vaccine available soon...do what you can, but when it is available for your age group, get it...I still hear of people questioning whether or not they will...silly, and unwarranted...do it, kids...

Tickle me Elmo...the LaLa Lakers got drilled by the Jazz...big time...that's 4 straight losses for the LeBron and Co...listen, without the Brow, they have no 'go to' guy...it's certainly not James...gotta figure a trade is imminent...

This just out...the Manhattan District Attorney's office has obtained trump's tax returns...SCOTUS blocked his rejection efforts...apparently the AUDIT is over...ha ha...here we go...

Around here...there is great sentiment to start back up the schools...and, there is also great sentiment to get the school workers vaccinated...regardless of age...duh...this Saturday, the journey begins...I would not go back until I was inoculated....

Snooki be groovin' today...'Working on a Groovy Thing' by the 5th Dimension...do you know how many people they had in their group?...kidding...always wondered why Marilyn McCoo didn't go solo...

What is CPAC?...should you be aware of this group?...The Conservative Political Action Conference...who are the members?...they are gonna bring out trump to speak to them...is this connected to the debunked Tea Party?...wait, are they still going?...well now, we should be aware...

Well, so far, and feeling OK...let's see how today goes...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
