Caucus Chaos

Let's see, you have at least a couple of years to prepare for your big night...prep work done...the tests are completed...you have installed a new 'app', to tabulate the votes quickly and accurately...Iowa, you are ready...or, so it seemed...alas, NO!!!!...the ultimate snafu in the very first Demo election...something went wrong...the tallies are wrong...what?...CHAOS IN IOWA!...

Their election process is bizarre anyway...if ya'll want to vote...you must meet in a caucus room...be there by a specified time...the doors close, and the system begins...if you are late, you are not counted...too bad, buster...then part one of chaos...you group up with those who have the same person selected...this is on vote number 1...yes, kids, there are 2...and the final one...say what?...

If there are not enough people grouped in the one that you want...did not meet enough of the numbers...then this section is NOT VIABLE...must be at least 15% of the people in the closed area...got it?...if not, then you have to go elsewhere...to a group that is VIABLE...then, the 2nd and final vote is taken...and THAT tally goes to the headquarters...

Feeling coerced?...of course, you must...unless your candidate was in the majority in the first vote...I found myself interested in the beginning...then, I came to me senses...I will vote for whom I want...done...do NOT need someone to try to change my mind...I have commercials, for that, ha ha...naw, just kidding...as I despise them...

WELL, the tabulating app is messed up...and here we all sit...who is leading?...the Iowans say that sometime today the results will be verified and released....what will I take out of this?...Caucusing sucks...and viable and verified will be a couple of words that I will equate to the state of Iowa...

This is the Demo side...no prob for the Repubs, as they had their bloke Donny, virtually running unopposed...ah ha, another v word...virtually...and he won handily...he's all yours...

Let there be no doubt about the strength of the Lady Ducks!...went into UConn and beat them convincingly...that programs first home loss in 7 years...my takeaway, is the balance of play by UO...it's just not their star...and it was on ESPN 2...hmmm, one more thing...should have been on the main channel...

The Bachelor...yea, I am the guy who watches this...I admit it...Marsh won't...c'mon, it is high drama...and Pilot Pete has multiple problems...with picking his mate for life...ha ha...he gets rid of one of the villains, and unbeknownst to him, keeps another...it's like you want to scream at the tele, NOT HER!...hey, it's his choice, maybe he likes what he sees...that we, the public, see otherwise...well, the Horse does...hey, can you imagine being a 'contestant' on this show?...oh my...

Where is Mookie going?...if anywhere other than in Boston?...rumor mill back at it...I am reading either to us or to the Bums...that we have to sweeten the deal...same with LA...

In the interim of the divulgence of the numbers in Iowa...the Trump regime is fearing what they are hearing...that Mayor Pete may be the winner...they are planting the word 'rigged' to anyone that will listen to their crap...one thing that I surmised from the night's caucusing, is that Biden does not have the following I thought he might...I am guessing Mayor Pete and Bernie are the leaders...but, who knows for sure?...yet...

The pundits were a plenty yesterday...trying to place blame on the loss by SF, and the win by KC...these head coaches have no chance...both teams had splendid seasons...don't give me the garbage that one of them blew it...it's a bloody game...well, really it is...someone will win and someone will lose...duh...give it a break...and let the entire state of Kansas enjoy their moment...ah, wait, I mean Missouri...thanks, Donny...

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
