Moderna or Pfizer?


Wishing and hoping for a vaccine for the Covid 19...and now we have two in the running...Pfizer came out last week, saying they are 90% effective with theirs...Moderna just released theirs, claiming 94.5% effective...so, who do you choose?...what is the criteria for the selection?...who does this?...do they both go out?...is there another company?...as we endure more and more cases of the virus hitting our country...record shattering...without a doubt, we need the vaccine...it can't arrive soon enough...

So what did trump Tweet this am?...after this rather USA shattering news by Moderna..."I WON THE ELECTION!"...get in there, Republicans...do your intervention...and have anyone, any company, help him pack his bags...he is an embarrassment to the country...and to the system that was established when the USA came about...and Twitter, can you just shut him down?...

So, I was a thinking about this...trump claiming that 70 million people voted for HIM!...I think not...a goodly bulk of those, are Republicans who would tally for their side, regardless of whom their candidate was...even orange...huge orange...but yes, I do believe that he does have rabid forevers...in the range of 30% of the Repubs...and yes, that is an issue, thinking that some 20 million people actually believe in the guy...

The Masters...it wasn't a total cake walk...but purnt near...as DJ (Dustin Johnson) won by 5, at -20...a record, too...he is right now, the best in the game...without a doubt...and that person doesn't always win this event...it did happen...the best won the best...

Snooki's song of the day...'Volare' by Bobby Rydell...ah, yes sir, a very happy song...two others released the song, too...Domenico Modugno and Dean Martin...both great in their own way...I agree with the PNW elder, that Bobby's was the peppiest...in fact, I like a lot of what he did...'Forget Him', 'Wild One', 'The Cha-Cha', to name a few...

You following the NFL?...yea, kinda...the Chargers keep losing...the Steelers keep winning...TT is doing well...Bellychick is not...the Cardinals with a miracle win...and the Jets, woeful...there you go, what else do you need?...

The NBA...rumors that the Rockets are going to do some trading, and start anew...like the Beard and Westbrook going bye bye...the one hottest, is that the Beard is going to land in Brooklyn...hmmm, with KD and Kyrie...let's see, there is but one basketball...and 3 guys who need to score...good luck coaching them...

Seriously, if YOU were running the country right now...with the Covid out of control...would YOU play golf every day?...and if YOU organized a 'million Maga event', to protest everything, wouldn't YOU speak at it?...rather than just wave from your limo on the way out to the golf course?...

Is this going to be Watergate redux?...where Nixon resigned and Ford pardoned him...might trump do the same, and depend on Pence to pardon him?...Merry Christmas...

As you might expect, the Stock Market has started REAL strong, with the news by Moderna...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
