Boondockers


Here we sit...right on the beach...BOONDOCKING!...for youse, unaware...we are camping, er, RVing...one (?) thought we had hookups, alas, we have none...so, we use what we have in the Cosmo...a house battery...which is good for one day...and then we have to recharge the bloody thang...drive the rig a bit...we can't make coffee...and who can start a day without that?...so, off we went to a local Starbucks...so much for roughing it...

For the 1st time, we loaded up our bikes...ah, thanks to the Pinnacle staff, namely Christina and Brad...who helped (!), well, had a lot to do with that success...so we will bike this afternoon...

The view we have is extraordinary!...refer to my Facebook posts for the pix...the sunset last eve, was spectacular...like being in Maui...really....

The food, we are going to grill it up on the Blackstone...listen, kids, we will conquer this...filet tonight....ha ha, not sure what else we can cook...maybe, boil some taters, and make some mashers...we shall figure this out...

We have plenty of 'Wine, Beer, Whiskey' to borrow the song of Little Big Town...BTW, if you haven't seen that vid, you must!...trust the Horse...

I see that Pfizer is now claiming that their Covid vaccine is 95% effective...your turn, Moderna...I figure their will be 96%...I asked that Q out there, about the percent...did hear that the flu shot his only 27%...so, we are looking at good stuff....get it out to the public NOW!...

Just go donny, go...he still is using money to try to find an error...seems to me, that he didn't do that in '16...

We plan to go and sit on the beach...but, the ocean is mighty angry this am, kids...very high waves and many, many surfers...dudes and dudettes...and the water is pretty much taking over the sand...man, this is priceless....

Now...from 10 am to 8pm, we can use the generator...soooo...we will conquer this...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
