The Harvest Moon


Ah, yes the fall...the trees' leaves turning color...wait, not so much here...but, other places, yes...this October...the Halloween month...hmmm, the bloody bills...due today...the heat, my Gawd, the heat...it was 107* in El Cajon yesterday...(it was a dry heat) really...BUT, if you peered into the sky, you would have seen...as well as today...the HARVEST MOON...a full moon...unique coloring...this is for the northern hemisphere...that is, if you don't have a cloud cover...the reasoning?...closer we are to Mars, something like that...in this time and place, one doesn't have to have facts to speak, right donny?...I digress...but, the song by Neil Young...is as catchy as they get...and NO, orange, you can't use ANY of his songs at your revivals...and so it goes...

Before I forget this...the little lady made some scrumpdilleishus pork chops last eve...just like me mom used to make...really...breaded, baked after searing, and languished in some gravy in the cast iron skillet...she gets all the kudos for coming up with the idear...5 stars...

The MLB playoffs are in full motion...the mighty Padres are indeed without their two top starting pitchers for this round...which basically eliminates the team, before we start...none of the other qualified squads have this dilemma...our 'Sheriff' got bombed in the 1st...and this one was over early...so disappointing...yes, we had chances with our O later on...but came up...short...

In the NBA bubble...the finals started last eve...egads...a blowout for the LaLa Lakers...what makes it worse...is that two of the Heat's top eight dudes, got hurt along the way...it is, or will be, a cake walk for the LeBron and the Brow...

I guess they have to do it, but the piped in sound at all these games...whatever they are...is more annoying than enjoying...for me, anyway...hate it...fake doesn't make it...

The fallout of the trump debacle...in the 'debate'...the powers to be want to change up the format...to fit donny...cuz, he won't follow the rules...sounds about right...typical administrative move...I have the perfect  solution...that is, if they ask me...each 'debater' has a wire connected to his pointer...whenever they interrupt, there is a small shock that goes thru the wire...imagine that, his hair would stand on edge...that would 'shut him up'...I guarantee you...or him...or them...

Really, is there any reason for any more of these 'debates?'...we all know where the situations are...donny will either deny 'em, gloss over 'em, deflect 'em, accuse Hunter some more, or question how smart Joe is...we got it...what else does he have?...c'mon man, it is all 'Fake News'...what else is there to cover...well, unless they go to the shock treatment...

The VP's are next...if Pence does the trump routine, it will be out of character, right?...imagine him having to defend what trump has done over the past 3 + years...200 rounds of golf...getting us out of NATO...cozying up to Putin...obliterating the protection of the country's people in COVID...the lack of trump's paying of his 'fair share' of fed tax...the list goes on...$750, does that even pay for a round of golf at one of his clubs?...an absolute field day for Kamala...

Snooki's song of the day...'Gypsy' by Fleetwood Mac...'about being young and carefree when we were young!'...ah, the good old days...yet, I am still that way...just not so young...how about you?...

From the tweet storm files...'can't make this shit up'...orange is suggesting that the McDonald fries are part of the reason that his hair hasn't fallen out...there is a chemical in them...you know his penchant for the stuff...and the blame for his ever expanding girth, due to the Big Mac...

Did you know when orange suggested that Biden take a drug test before the debate, he said the same thing to Hillary in '16?...throw enough crap out, and hope that some of it sticks...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ...
