Hypothetical Q's


She is in the PERFECT STORM...the same party that has the White House and the Senate...the system that the country has to select a new Supreme Court member...so, in this case, Amy Coney Barrett, has a free run at the job...her only interview is with the Senate...a bing bang bong, slashing...then, the positive vote...and she is in for LIFE!...argh, but just wait a minute...let's look at this a bit deeper...

In the inception of the country...the elite did not trust the common man...well, the women weren't allowed to vote...so, there were stop gaps set up, to make sure THEIR guy got in...wherever he needed to get in...the Electoral College, the Supreme Court...the big ones...Prez and Judge...'we will vote for you'...was the mantra...'trust us'...of course, you white people went right along with this...alas, that were the only ones setting it all up and then, having the right to...VOTE...well, whatever it was called...

Yea, so the popular vote had some meaning...BUT...certainly, it was not a vehicle used for the Supreme Court...it is used in the individual state courts...just not nationally...somewhere along the line, there was a notion that the judges were non-party affiliates...right...they would follow the law...regardless of party lines...right...

Things have changed, ya'll...people of color can vote...women can vote...it's no longer just a man's, albeit white, society anymore...YET...we are using the system that was set up when it WAS!...change is needed...of course, there will be a bundle of the elite who would be upset...no longer dominant?...hardly...they will hang on to what they they call 'constitutionally theirs'...

The Supreme Court should be voted on by the popular vote...just as the president should...thus, these silly 'hearings' would be only for show...like they aren't anyway...let's get back to Barrett...

"I can not answer that question, as it is HYPOTHETICAL"...often her response to the Q's...a chosen line by whom?...that she was coached to answer...in essence, don't respond to much of anything...be stoic...if in doubt, use 'I can't recall'...don't make waves and you are in...then, payback time...when the Obamacare issue comes up...and, if needed, the vote on who wins the presidency...and ?...

Well now, that is all hypothetical...as we all know, she, if confirmed...like all the other SC Judges...ah, she would only interpret the law...right...

The number of Covid infected at the 'Super Spreader' event?...now at 35...hmmm, donny has yet to comment on their path to recovery...why is that?...is it all about him ONLY?...yup, and where indeed is Mike Pence?...

There is no debate for tomorrow...but, orange has agreed to a town hall, too...just like Biden has set up...donny is going to go into NBC waters...the sharks, orange, watch out for the sharks...in Miami...

Kinda weird...we went a shopping for me birthday pres...ha ha...went to our local Fashion Valley Mall...it was a ghost town...then hopped on over to LaJolla, where it was alive!...just odd...must add this...had lunch there at Cody's...absolutely TERRIFIC!...had fish and chips, and Marsh had the beet salad, with salmon...we shall return...

Have to comment on the play of Justin Herbert...of the now La Chargers...he has been awesome...his numbers are off the chart for anyone, let alone a rookie...and now guess what?...Miami is getting crucified for not drafting him over Tua...hard to compare...as Justin has been playing, and Tua, not...

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
