Term Limits

We were a talking...like you and I most every day...well, I talk to you...and some of you talk back...as we pondered out loud...why are there NOT...TERM LIMITS...for the Supreme Court Judges?...given the 'for life' creed, as they are fortunate to get into the highest court in our country...due to advantageous party affiliations during the same Prez and Senate symmetry...just as our prez being limited to 2 terms...ah, term limits...the same should be on the judges, right?...why not?...as antiquated as the electoral college mess...

Mystery clouds the decisions made way back when...most of it, to protect the leaders of the time...that, just in case, the common man makes a mistake...er, chokes...that the elite can correct the 'wrongs' that were made...sound kind of familiar to what this present bloke wants to do?...ah, throw out the ballots, and let...well, let WHO decide as to whom governs the country?...

The Senate, yea them...passed legislation that secures the USA to have 'peaceful transition of power' yesterday...trump, still hasn't acknowledged that...can't trust the votes...especially the mail in ones...as he prepared his Floridian vote by mail...odd, selfish, belligerent bird...he's a bird dog...'The Everly Brothers'...

Well now...let's see what Orange props up to dismantle this fine Friday...you KNOW he will...say or do something that will infuriate the masses...appease his base, and shake the tale feathers of EVERYONE else...rise up people...

Speaking of Romney caving...I did too...and watched the bubble game....Lakers vs Nuggets...gosh, I hate to say this...but, was the fix on?...is it that the NBA wants LeBron in the finals...in any way possible?...some glaring 'odious' calls at the crucial times, benefited the Lake Show...smelled to...well, let's just say that there advantageous situations...LA up 3-1 in games...

The mighty Padres...have 4 games left in the 'regular' season...all at SF...a DH today...right now...if the playoffs were to commence...the Pads would be seeded 4 and play Saint Looey...go ahead, YOU try to figure it out...

The smoke has cleared on why the Chargers started the Duck QB last Sunday...as the regular starter was getting an injection to his rib cage (?, a what?)...the team doctor CHOKED and punctured his lung!!!...yup, UO's own Herbert, is starting again this Sunday...how long does it take a punctured lung to heal?...I'm thinking a law suit a brewing...

Notre Dame postponed their FB game, due to covid amongst the team...and the Pac 12 voted to start up a mini 7 game season in November...not sure how you regulate the virus in football...on campus...I know what I was like during my college years...right, Snooki?...

Speaking of smoke...trump has indicated quite often that he has a plan to eradicate Obamacare...nope, not one has surfaced yet from the bloke...nuttin, honey...he has a month...ha ha...

Oh my, have you seen Jr's latest?...trump jr...his eyes are like...well, it's like the dude is...doctor doctor...somebody needs help...find it and judge for yourself...

So, my screen protector bit the dust...ordered a 3 pack from Amazon...it came...with a 'kit' to put it on...$10...actually less...damn if I can't get all them damn bubbles off the screen...you ever do this?...am gonna live with it...I have 2 more chances, if it bugs me too much...

Hmmm....do you think that part of the reasoning behind the apathy to what their own leader is doing...the Republicans...is that they are fighting to keep their own seat in the Senate back in their state?...
