Like in $15 MILLION BUCKS!...Dustin Johnson (DJ) won the 'season ending' Fed Ex Cup, on the PGA Tour...his prize dough, was off the charts...well now, this pandemic year has thrown us all for rescheduling nitemares...er, nightmares...3 (maybe 2) of the majors have yet to be played...so, the 'season ending' part of the title is extremely misleading...I believe, if DJ didn't have the lead given to him, Xander would have won, right?...only counting this T...odd stuff...did the caddie (his bro) get 10% of the loot?...

The mighty Padres returned home to take on the Rockies...the game was a pitcher's duel...nil-nil thru eight...in our half of the 9th, pinch hitter Greg Garcia, singled to left...Jorge Mateo, came in to run for Garcia...and Jurickson Profar doubled to right, as Mateo scored all the way from 1st...VOILA! game winner...Mateo has out of sight speed...our SP Lamet was masterful, with 11 K's...however, our 1B, Eric Hosmer, broke his finger on a bunt attempt...which is turrible...for him and us...his replacement, Mitch Moreland, has struggled mightily...0/19 as a Pad...didn't we pick up Alonso?...stay tuned...

Not so cool, is the fires that are out of control up and down the west coast...have told you about the one that is east of us here...but, got word of similar probs up in the PNW...where not only the flames be raging, but the smoke...my God, the smoke, is filtering everywhere....same in the area just north of LA...geez, how  is Yosemite doing?...our destination in 9 days or so...
