Let's Talk Some Golf

The PGA Tourney in San Francisco...where Tony Bennett lost his heart...er, or, left it...as the Pros are trying to get the season's first MAJOR...fuggit about the notion that one of two, Tiger or Lefty, will win it...in fact, Lefty (Phil, who really is a righty) went up into the announcers perch...and called the 'action' for a while...he was mighty entertaining, kids...perhaps, where he should be...I digress...no, really...the field is still bunched...DJ has the 3rd round lead, but nuttin is for certain...at this course...tight fairways...ridiculous roughs...which, even the best can double out of...the fall of Jordan Spieth, is so sad...Rickie, too...it's a tough game and profession, ya'll...

On the 2nd hole in MY round yesterday...I stiffed a PW to 3 feet...took out me brand spanking new, Ping putter...and pulled it left...the crowd went wild...laughing all the way to the 3rd tee box...'throw that damn thing away'...'can you take it back?'...it took a bit, but got it down...terrific weight to it...and hit some doozies after that...but, NOT without some jabs along the way...

There is this gathering of bikers...like Harley blokes...an annual thang...in South Dakota...thousands trek there...and most are not the type that figure into a mask society...ah, far from it...they party on, Garth...have a concert...socialize like there wasn't a pandemic going on...let's just say, tragic...as I have read in the social networks, 'there will be a run, on cheap Harley Davidsons, soon'...what are they thinking?...the only thing missing, is the emergence of Huge Orange in a rally there....'damn it Jared, why didn't you book Dakota?'...

New Zealand has just confirmed that it has gone 100 days of no community spread of the virus...this by their ministry of health...'Jared, is NZ near Thighland?'...

Wonder if Orange really thinks he is doing a good job?...rumor abounds that the White House staff, concocted a report that has him in good light amongst the American people...and he believes it...great song by the Doobies, 'What a Fool Believes'...ha ha...

Recall the pix by the student in the Georgia high school hallway?...where she was suspended, then rescinded?...thus far, 9 students have tested positive for the virus...yea, open up the schools...Correction...6 students and 3 staff...

Not sure if I fully understand the playoff scheme for the bubble basketball league...who's in and who's not?...this resembles a summer team camp set of games to moi...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
