Mystifying

There is this song, that goes like this...Mr Dieingly...SAD!...a record that was a hit in '66...kind of a haunting one...yes, by the Critters...but, I think that changing up the title to use today....Mystifyingly....SAD!...works better...that sums up much of the news that I have for ya today...geez, makes you wonder why you would read the rest of my stuff...I know, but, I have to talk it through...the defining line prior to the end...in the chorus...so mystifyingly glad, Mr Diengly sad...

The G.D.P., that what the economy of the USA is based on, numbers wise...let this gem out...that the last quarter, was the WORST ever since the numbers were released...!...if you have been following this, it is down 32.9%...there is no denying what is real, here, Donny...how might you shift blame on this?...damn it, Jared, where are you?...

Huge Orange...had a sit down with Axios...the only one he would do so, for the past month...have you seen it?...he lied straight to the interviewer...when asked about the Russian bounty on AMERICAN soldiers in Afghanistan..."no, I didn't know anything about it...it never got to my desk"....the experts from everywhere called him out on this...even if it were not true, the item would have been right beneath that Orange nose...as he continues to deflect any and all 'controversies' over Putin and Russia...just what do they have on him?...has to be a doozy...and what does the impact of Trump pulling our troops out of Germany have?...he says cuz Germany isn't paying their fare share of dues...but, it helps the Russians in the region immensely...I repeat, what do they have on him?...

Mystifyingly sad, or BAD!...

We were thinking about a jaunt over to the beach today...a getaway, for the time...and the news of the local channel said that 'Pacific Beach' is a HOTBED for the virus...egads, we have thought otherwise about going that way...too many people, in a crowded area...mask-less...and NOT social distancing...

The mighty Padres had another W in their sights...and the relief corps couldn't getter' done...both losses have been due to our highly heralded RP's...well, they are in the questionable phase now...dang it all...the new rule about when you bring in a relief dude, he must stay for 3 batters...part of our present problem...

For your UO grads in action in the WNBA...Ionescu scored a whopping 33 points, in a loss for the rookie ladened NY Liberty...and the opponent had one of the others, Sabally, who had 12 in the W for the Dallas Wings...at least it is good news...

Snooki's song of the day...'Perfect Island Nights' by Bobby Caldwell...his reference could be to the sweltering nights that Salem, Orygun is enduring right now...well, I guess they are perfect...nights...

On the way to the course yesterday, listening to the 50's station on XM...a song came up, that intrigued moi...'Jennie Lee' by Jan and Arnie...a precursor to the beach sounds of the 60's...the Beach Boys and Jan & Dean, in particular...alas, it was the same Jan dude...he just had a diff partner...and it was the 'first' singing surf song...I think...check it out...

I don't think we have been to a Starbucks in the past 4 months...ah, a quarter...see, that is why the GDP is down, cuz of us...

Trump's latest ploy to staying in office, as long as he can...he is trying to convince you, someone, er, anyone, that mail in voting is not trustworthy...wait, that's how the bloke votes himself...well, he and Jared...I digress...and wants a delay in the voting...which would squash his mantra of in-house voting booths...'vote early and often'...seriously, he can't move it, or change it...so he is Tweeting it...trying to rouse out the public...thing is WE ALL want his arse out...

Huge Orange, has been getting bigger and bigger, right?...wooah...unhealthy...anyhoo...he will do ANYTHING to stay in that White House...ANYTHING!...fuggit about the GDP, fuggit about the virus, fuggit about you or I....he is all about himself...when will he turn on Mitch and Lindsay?...cuz, he will...

This just out, Herman Cain...has died...from the Covid Virus...a recent attendee of the Trump Tulsa Revival, pictured without a mask...so sad...

Oops, I read that the NBA kicks off the bubble season this afternoon...play in games?...something like that...2 today, with the late one being the LA LA teams...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
