More Powerful

The daily protests go on...now, in each and every state of the Union...all 50, kids...but something has been slightly altered...more of what we see, is that there is less violence attached to...them...and I believe it makes them MORE POWERFUL!...more of a statement, not one of fear...but of substance of the physical act of standing up to the present way of governing...perhaps, policing...I also sense, that there will be greater amounts of people going to DC...to show and participate in a movement of solidarity...you draw what conclusions that will be asked for....pleaded for...

This is primarily the youth of the country in action...good lord, they have been out of that for over 2-3 months...no school, no work, no nothing...antsy...for sure, this pandemic has triggered some of the passion...the racial divide, of course, too...normally, if there is such a thing, the unrest happens in the heart of the heat of summer...when the 'no school' is upon us...but now, there are no limitations...

As we wait and watch what will transpire in the Nation's capitol...high impact and another glimpse in the leadership that exists...there...or lack thereof...how one can control the country that he has been chosen to govern...yes, I fear the worst..whatever that is...as I have said so often, I can't make this stuff up...the next chapter is today...

Other...much less impactful...

MLB...ah, Pro baseball has been floundering about...threatening to start up...the owners and the player's union have been squabbling...they almost agreed on a start up...then the length of the season came into play, er, no play...fewer games, meant lesser pay...and you can guess the reaction...lost in all of this, is something I brought up a couple of months ago...the MLB owners have quit funding many of the minor league teams, and I mean, franchises...gone will be the local smaller cities teams...certainly, a staple for many in the summer months...and for sure, those aspiring ball players...now, without any chance...not sure if the masses realize the significance...

More diversions...the NBA...flirting with a continuance of the past season...with a modified kick up of the teams that have a mathematical chance at the playoffs...the bottom feeders are done...wondering out loud, how does that affect the player's pay?...anyhoo, said to be done in Orlando...at one site...sounds awesome...in a bad way...so many things that have to line up perfectly, or it will be a disaster...no fans...just the tele...I can see loads of the precious cash being lost...hmmm....

Talk about impact...all this commotion on protesting...what will be the outcome of the pandemic?...judging by the numbers of people in other areas than ours...it seems that 'they' have loosened their 'social distancing' to purnt near 1 foot...if any, at all...another, hmmm....

Trump just Tweeted..."I have done more for the black population in 3 1/2 years, than Joe Biden has done in 43 years..."....tell that to whomever will listen, Donny...I can't make this stuff up...did he mean 'to' or 'for?'...

When Nixon, during the Watergate time period, would hear the constant chants...permeating the White House...he drank himself to sleep...now, with the present day chanting, what is Trump doing?...to get himself to sleep?...perhaps, bunkering down with ear plugs?...I digress...

And, the beat goes on and on....and on....
