Memorial Day

It is the time to honor those who have given their lives for the country...Memorial Day...regardless of political shenanigans...and beyond the wars...it shall be for all who have lost their lives...we pay tribute to them all...perhaps, the one such 'holiday' that is NOT monetarily driven...presents, not withstanding...

Seemingly lost in the present day pandemic, as we endure such a colossal virus, that thus far, have NO solution for...other than preventative methods of safety...from it...as we wait, hope, and pray that the scientists will come up with a vaccine that will...work...

And in the interim...Be Safe!...

Did you watch the golf match yesterday?...played in a driving rain storm in Florida...which put a slight hamper on the event...Tiger/Lefty...with TT and Peyton...it was fun...and they raised a lot of cash for the charities...exactly not sure, how they get the $...but still, we hope that it gets where it should...anyhoo...it was at Tiger's home course...a fact that Lefty alluded to quite often...ha ha...

Peyton was pretty dang good for an amateur...TT, not so much...early on...but, his back 9 was more like it...the two pros were stellar...the banter?...well, a lot of the real chuckles came from one of the moderators, Chas Barkley...as he was giving it to TT...and when Brady holed out from 150 yards on the 8th...the heat was on...listen, kids, it was needed...this type of thing...totally enjoyable...

I was so happy that Big Orange stayed away from it...a fact that had me worried...how many days left of his reign?...can't be soon enuff for some, well, most of us...I digress...

To supersede the day....Donny took it on himself to do a scare tactic to the Guv of North Carolina...yes, my good friends...this is the site of the Repub Convention...and he threatened to pull the plug on that destination...'if they can't guarantee a packed convention center!'...makes you wonder...is there any place IN THE WORLD, that one would guarantee a packed house?...

I can't make this stuff up...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
