Morning, kids...it's Friday...geez, just have to state the days...cuz, they just run together don't they?...I'm going to be brief this am, as I have to git out to the GC...very early tee time...but, will write later on...if not too exhausted...

The headlines are splattered about, dealing with what I wrote yesterday, the unemployment rate...the worst since the Great Depression!...follow the Horse, he is a day ahead of the rest of the news world...apparently...

The killing of the black man in Georgia...some are calling it a lynching...by two non-police men...the saga appears to have racial overtones...more to this story, as it unfurls...but, on the surface, it is appalling...

I can't make this up...from your guy Trump...he tweeted this am, 'Drain the Swamp!'...ah, isn't he the owner of the swamp, now?...or, runs it...maybe he just hit the 'repeat' button...you know, like making a butt call...

Snooki's song of the day...'Wake Up Everybody' by Teddy Pendergast...not too familiar with the artist...not my genre?...something like that...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
