Worthy of the headline, today?...you betcha...as the NFL draft dominated the day...of course, it was but only the Round One...heck, the WNBA was done with 3 rounds in 40 minutes!...well, there were 36 gals chosen, as compared to 32 guys....OK, call it even steven...sort of...the GM's covet the lads from the SEC...as almost half of the selected, were from that league...just the facts...

The hot topics throughout the day, were Tua or Herbert?...and countless possible trades up and down...all turned out full of malarkey...no trades to the top tier...and, Tua went to the Dolphins, and Justin got the call from the Chargers...in that order...I say, GOOD!...as Herbert would have been crucified in Fla...yes, I am the one that says, that the number 1 pick is NOT WORTHY...Burrow, was surrounded by a terrific cast in Loosiana St...he is not as good as the 2 I just mentioned...

Rounds 2 &3 today?...something like that...expect the running backs to be chosen, finally...you know, the ball carriers, have the low career span in the league...getting beat up so often...

Trump...good lord...his latest rant, is just too much for any human to absorb...ingest antibacterial disinfectants into your system to combat the virus...bleach, too?...ah, let's start with him trying the solution...and see the results...all together now...

Of course, the fear is that there are people out in the USA, that would actually do what he says...as bizarre as his statements are...might someone actually follow along on this crazed solution?...

Reminds me of the religious doctrine of the 80's...The Bakers...Tammy Faye and Reverend Jim...'send us your money'...continue the word of ____....whatever...trust us...believe us...ah, the money will help....

Speaking of $, still no stimulus coming our way...and judging by the remarks of others...not their way, either...other than the first wave, that hit, last week...'trust us'...?...I dunno, kids...

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
