I Believe

CBS did a good thing last eve...it was supposed to be the Country Music Awards Show...er, one of them...from Vegas...of course, that was postponed...until September...hopefully...and in it's place, they ran a show of country sangers doing their songs, from their own isolation spots...2 hours of so many of the country folk, that are actually real live vocalists...too many to list, but it did include Carrie, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Blake and Gwen, Miranda, Kelsea Ballerini, Shania, and on and on...really, a treat...perhaps, the best of the best was....Luke Bryan's 'I Believe'...which does give us all meaning and hope for the future...those two words are powerful...actually the song is called, 'Most People Are Good', but the first two words, got me...

The NFL draft is quickly coming...really...it is going to go on as planned....a country's diversion for the it's most favorite sport...get your mind thinking in the future...and dang if the Duck's and 'Bama's QBs aren't the number 1 topic of the entire draft...you know what corner I am in, but those out there that think Tua is the bomb, are in the majority...4 or 5 surgeries in college solidifies my pick...the pro guys are much nastier...still, it is THE debate point for the pundits...appears to be the Miami Dolphins choice...the following pick is by them Chargers...

Snooki got his song in early this am...'Cherry Bomb' by John Mellencamp...really a cool song...brings back our high school days, right Snooki?...lord, that is but a mere 55 years ago...who is the gal that duets it with him on it?...hmmm, Cherry?...

One of the things that we do, when we cook, is ask Alexa to play some music...we change up the sounds, too...try it and you will see that it adds so much to the dinner making...and groovin was groovin...at the Cherry Bomb...

I can't believe that I forgot this...the Sunday Trib's Master Suduko...I conquered it yesterday, for the 2nd time EVER!...

Right before me eyes...well, on the docket...after the Sammi walk...is to make some scones...add some organic raisins...hey, is that organic thing for real, or a hoax (damn if I didn't use a Donny!)?...anyhoo, I have some organic raspberry preserves, to garnish the scones with...looks like it is a go...alas, no organic butter...salted or unsalted?...tastes the same to moi...

The highlight of our day...is when we get a 'live video' from our kids in SB...getting to see them and the grandson...he be walking and talking (sort of on both)....and wishing we were there...but, we will eventually...I believe...

Yes, Bosch, from the Amazon app, is way cool...it's gripping and we are into it...the star's real name is Titus, and he is playing a Harry...ha ha...that in itself is funny...

Told you a while back, before all this...that I had bought a Harry's razor...here is the Horse's review...it is worth the extra bucks...the head floats, and the blades are great...and I don't have to guess what refills that I need to get...it is Harry's...

Time to get on the long pants...hoodie, too...as we venture out...the mask?...of course...take the dawg for the morning walk...and ours, too...I see, across from us...there is a couple that put their stationary bike on their deck...and they ride, captain, ride...get your exercise, kids...
