Let's Twist

Thinking about the message that I am relaying out to you...following the plight of so many others...the gloom and doom...YOU need some other angle...Let's Twist it up...find the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel, so to speak...give us all, something to look forward to...right?...

Lord knows, there are many obstacles before us...in San Diego, the Mayor has forbid most everything...closure of so many things, it is hard to list them all...but, if you want to go outside, make a beeline to the dog potty area, or to the grocery store...and that's it!...

Got a memo from one of my golfing buddies, that Costco has an online ordering and delivery service...that WORKS!...of course, you have to be in a delivery area...but, he didn't have to leave the house to get his supplies...next week, we are going to try it...

Thank goodness for any form of video chat on the cell phone...as we can keep in touch with our kids and their kid...ah, our grandson...as you know, it is hard to be apart from family...during these times...this sure helps...

The book I am reading is about Trump...and his endless goofs and inabilities...to govern...egads...I need something else...I don't want to go down the path that Joy Behar is on...hating him every second of the day...she is one of the hosts of the View...and airs her disgust every time she is on the show...

Want some good news?...the Futures were up 5% this am...don't ask me why...just is...

Snooki's song of the day is by Rob Thomas, 'Little Wonders'...nice, meaningful lyrics...

American Idol...has switched up their Hollywood week...from the disastrous group round, to duets...so much better!...there are so many promising singers this season...which is now on hold, like everything else...

When this all breaks...and it will...I am going to treasure the little things more than ever...what we take for granted...the ability to go wherever...freedom of choice...and being with family, out of the area...I can hardly wait...but, gosh all mighty, have to...

You ever wanted to accomplish something that you have put off for like, ever?...yea, me too...playing a guitar or ukulele...got 'em, but I am so unpicky...ha ha...learn French...like the language...not sure why, now...there is so much to learn, kids...now, is the time...what about you?...

No better opportunity than to pick out your favorite vinyl and groove...we do that...just turn off the tele and play music...for some reason, we feel like we have to be in the fast pace mode...SLOW DOWN...

So, I have given you thoughts as to do other...please heed my direction...hope your day is worthy...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
