And the OSCAR goes to...

Morning, kids...we are back!...our little jaunt up north to see the kids and their kid...and his other grandma...it gets complicated...was stupendous!...our grandson, Cyrus Allan Joseph is one special young lad...10 1/2 months old now...gosh, so happy and always smiling...took a while for him to recognize moi...but, did so...and it's all about me...they have done an absolute marvelous job of raising him...the schedule he is on, is almost military, ha ha...anyhoo, it was worth the Cosmo trip, for sure...

On the return trip, we ventured into the Hwy 1, in lieu of the 101...timely decision, but listen up all, it is so picturesque...stopped and got some unbelievable strawberries on the road side...that are simply delicious...the route gets hairy going thru streets of Malibu and all, as it ways inland a bit...but, if ya'll got the time, it is far better than the 101/405 steady stream of cars, and cars, and trucks, and cars....going seemingly nowhere...

Our stay at SB, was truly unique and I think a sign of the times to come...we were one of 4 straight Class B's...at the RV site...in the past year, if we saw more than one else, we were surprised...more people ridding themselves of the huge Class A's for the more maneuverable B's...and where we were stationed, so easy for us to get to the kid's house...now, if they would just buy a bigger compound, we could park there...ah ha....hint hint...

What a game for the OSU Beavs (guys)...as they took it to the Ducks...two things...Oreg St, doesn't play up to their talent...and UO was shorthanded, missing a couple of wounded Ducks...well, last night OSU did...and the win was justified...hmmm, I keep saying UO is not all that...good...

SDSU won again!...now 24-0...beat the entire United States Air Force last night in Colorado...yea, up there in the mile high air...this is the only unbeaten D-1 guys hoop team in the Nation...woaah...

The Lady Ducks and Beavs both won...over the Arizona teams...what I find most interesting, is the numbers of fans that go to these games...packed houses...what a nice change...

And the OSCAR goes to...so, with all the JV award shows prior to the varsity event, we get to see what the probability of who will win...will be...we are heading over to an OSCAR guessing party...listen, I have no clue...as to whom the 'Academy' chooses and why...I like comedies and they rarely, er, never, get nominated...boooo....

So what is going on with the Demo candy peops?...sure seems like there are those of them that are having problems with Mayor Pete...on the attack mode...hmmm, really?...the latest is that he and Bernie are leading in New Hampshire...just like the apparent results out of Iowa...I dunno, but I thought Amy did quite well in the debate...are the peops watching?...the Q of the day...

Donny fired two of the guys that testified in the House of Reps Impeachment Inquiry...hey, he figures he can do anything he wants...thank you Repub Senators...he is all yours...get out and vote...

Did you see who is in the mix at Pebble Beach, ah, the PGA?...none other than the almost 50 yrs of age, Lefty!...c'mon, who's not pulling for him?...imagine that Lefty and Tiger still winning...crazy...

Another...have you seen the effects of the breeze that pushed back the 'hair' of Donny?...shows his orange face line...ha ha...what a foo...he is calling it 'fake news'...thought about it more...must have bugged him...now is calling it 'photo shopped'...what?...he DOESN'T have an orange face?...

Joaquin Phoenix will probably win for his 'Clown' role...but, he is one of the weirdest blokes in the industry...either 'high' or just out of it, in real life...I dunno...I'll never forget his interview (or lack thereof) by David Letterman, on his Late Night Show...

There appears to be a 'Friends' reunion show after all...gosh, I do like the reruns of the original...just fun, and your mind is at ease...well, mine is...

Finally, the Padres picked up another relief pitcher...for Margot and a minor leaguer...what does this mean?...we gonna get another OF?...I thought we were set in the pen...I am confused...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
