The Eye Opener

The solemn moment of seeing the House of Reps take the articles of Impeachment to the Senate floor...this man is being IMPEACHED!...and now it will be up to the other members of our Congress to judge whether or not to remove him from office...imagine...Nixon did not take it this far...he resigned prior...Watergate took its toll on him...and so it goes...

The leadership of the Senate, with their majority being Republicans...have said that this part of the proceedings will be quick...rumored...wait, said it...perhaps, more bullying from the White House?...an acquittal and there you go...but, wait just a minute...there are those that may not follow in line, just cause...

Just cause...why not go through a REAL trial?... that the World, and well, especially, the American public, can be proud of the system we have...what's to hide?...put it out for all to see...what this guy has been doing...I think that many of us know the response to that ...

As I have said for some time now...we will watch our government work as it shall...

An eye opener...was last eve...on the Rachel Maddow Show (MSNBC)...as she interviewed one of the Ukranian connection people...Lev Parnas...as he, with the aid (?) of his attorney answered at length, questions covering the Quid Pro Quo...it was DEVASTATING for Trump...and his 'personal attorney' Rudy Guliani...well, in fact, the whole band of whatever one would call them...

'They were all in the loop'...kind of reminded me of what was released back in the 70's with John Dean unleashing info on the Nixon crew....Parnas has receipts, notes, and memos...implicating them all...as I was listening and watching it, I kept thinking are the Repub Senators doing the same?...

Part two of the interview is tonight...I suggest you not miss it...maybe it will madden you, I dunno...think that the House of Reps all knew this...but, to hear it from one of the members of the people actually in the 'doing phase' of it...has so much more depth...

Hey just wondering this...one of the key factors in removal of Nixon, was his tapes...live recordings that he made...does Trump use the same?...or, have the Presidents quit doing that?...or has Trump not used them?...interesting thought...

This message came out loud and clear...that much of what happened...and planned...occurred in the Trump Tower...good lord...and on his golf courses...guess that is why he golfs so much....

Finally, regardless of your political persuasion...the truth is the issue here...

You should broaden your news sources to get a better lens on things. Obviously, the House did not do its job by forwarding an incomplete investigation. The Senate should just send the case back to the House and tell them to complete their investigation by calling all the witnesses they are now asking to be questioned. The Dems ask for fairness when they provided none and did not do their job. Not the Senate's job to investigate, their job is to try the case presented by the House. Bad cases get thrown out of court all the time...snd this one will be as well.

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
