Soccer Mania

When was the last time that there was this much interest in a ladies soccer match?...way cool, huh...and shoot, the guys are playing today, too...but, the focus is on the girls...women, whatever...starts at 10, I think....for the championship...the Netherlands, being the opponent...here at the home, there is a bar-b-q to watch the game...grilling up all the leftovers from the Big Bang Bash of the 4th...USA USA USA...

For you who have lost faith in our Padres...SHAME ON YOU!...as the mighty Pads have gone into LaLa and won 2 in a row...the pitching has held up...especially, the closer, All Star Kirby Yates...and Hunter Renfroe did it again, a late inning home run to propel the Friars to the W...he is a clutch dude...one more today...

I think most of the player movement is done in the NBA...both of the Los Angeles teams have improved significantly...and are on the radar as the best in the west...well, better, than last season...and will garner a lot of attention...it's all just fine...yup, I really don't know which team is better...

The lack of control of coercion is off the board...players trying to talk other players into joining up with them...the owners are left in the dark...which makes for a very interesting time in the near future...penalties will follow...more stringent rules...inevitable...

In the middle east, Iran is making mockery of the one time connection with the US...Trump's lack of diplomacy, adds to that country's full speed ahead search for atomic weapons...we must change leadership, kids...to save the planet...

You into polls?...the ABC/Washington Post has one that just was released yesterday...and VP Joe Biden is 14 (FOURTEEN!) points ahead of Donny...Kamala only two...figure his name calling will be exponential in the next month...

The PETERman Bus Tour is about to embark on a short jaunt...headed for the surf, dudes...this do as we please thang, is pretty rad...

The PGA is in Blaine, Minnesota...isn't there a Blaine in Washington, too?...like many T's this year, there are many blokes that are possible to get the W...first timers, too...along with Bryson Dechambeau...is it really a land of 10,000 lakes?...is that possible?...anyhoo, 16 golfers within a few strokes at the top...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
