Merry Christmas

A very emphatic Merry Christmas to all of you!...enjoy your day, however it is done by you and yours...celebrated...regardless of whether you are church people, or not...please take time to honor and cherish what ya'll have...blessed with...we sure are...

The day is filled with unraveling presents...sipping some coffee and whatever...listening to some Christmas Music...watching the grand son scurry about...probably make some Xmas Wassies...and figure out the timing of the turkey cooking...

 Snooki sent the pictures of the Rose Bowl Tix...YES!...Ducks vs Badgers...the line is stable at 3, favoring Wisconsin...

Pro hoops dot the TV day...probably the best of them is the battle for LaLa...Lake Show vs the Clip Joint...hey, we just started Mrs Maizel...I think that is the name...curios setting and fun and witty writing...this was the pilot and they are already in season 3...where have we been?...

You know, next year at this time...a week in New York City shall be planned...we may choreograph our own Home Alone...ha ha, not...as we are discussing the possibility, and I am getting a whole lot of opposition...

It's over...missed another bowl game...-7...that's it...my chances are gone...I have no clue and it is highly evident...

Lunch we ventured over to Old Town for a 'train museum' which was cool...then had some awesome food there...best burrito I have ever had...this pix of a margarita, can you imagine...

The nite was finished off with our version of Shepherd's Pie...one made with meat, and one with lentils...must say, they tasted mighty similar...yes, the Horse can cook...ah, recall Yan can cook?...similar...ha ha...

Well, kids that is it for today...hopefully, you are with family...hey...have a Merry Christmas...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
