Family

As we approach Christmas...one thing that looms as large as there is...FAMILY...getting together...hopefully, joyous for all...the traveling...the packaging of the presents...dang, if it isn't also in the midst of the worst winter days...which makes the treks awkward, for sure...take your sweet time, kids...throughout the country this year, there is massive amounts of rain...all over the place...was just looking at the water level at Gulfstream Park, in Florida...all flooded...egads...listen, when you get there, it will all be worth it...FAMILY!...

I have my BOSE ear buds on as I am writing this am...listening to a channel of 'Christmas Crooners'...have no idea through what source...it is just in my music on the iPhone...regardless, it is fantastic!....just some beautiful Xmas songs...I have told you that these buds are simply...awesome...right?...perfect sound...the BOSE and the songs...

The NFL game of the Eagles/Cowboys was a beaut...playoff atmosphere, for sure...Philly did win, with what I would call, a bit more sophistication in the O play calling...but, both of these teams play terrific D...one more week, and now the Eagles have the edge on the Cowboys...

Staying in the pro football...can't figure out the Seahawks...look so good one week, and then, so average the next...of all things, the two teams vying to be on the bottom to get the 1st choice in the draft...went to OT...Giants and 'skins...Washington lost, er, won, depending on how you look at it...

I have to thank you all for reading me...hope that I am now part of your morning...a cup of Joe, and the unraveling of me mind...it's perfect for moi....can't help but think, how lucky and fortunate we all are...

Now, I know some of you can't get into the Holiday Season...that you have your own agenda...and your celebration of 'Festivus' is appropriate...gathering around the pole and airing your grievances...with your closest enemies...hmmm, I can think of a few that might try this...

The local tele stations, plant a reporter or two at the airport...as there are cars slammed back a mile or so...to get there...and outta there...with all the peops going in and out, there are some easy stories to be had and televised...Lindberg Field...there is a back story, as he was 'reported' to be a Nazi sympathizer in the 30's...so there is a movement to change the name...

With the grounding of the Boeing Max airplanes...after 2 tragic crashes...the subsequent lack of getting the aircraft back into the air...the CEO was fired this am...I'm sure amongst other things...

NBA...so many pundits are calling the season early for the LaLa teams...as the best of the league...not so fast, dudes...Houston, with the Beard and Westbrook...Milwaukee, with the Greek the Freak...figure prominently...

Isiah Thomas...diminutive for the NBA...maybe 6'...had had it in a game the other nite...was shooting a FT...as some blokes were cat calling him...yelling profanities at him...flipping him off...he calmly left the floor, walked right over to the offenders...told them to stop...well, the league has fined him and suspended him for a couple of games...don't leave the floor, Isiah...ah, where was security, anyway?...

Have you seen any big sales out today?...I keep a looking and waiting...anyhoo, keep dry and warm...
