The Guardians

It's been awhile since the Horse has bought a book, and can't put it down...I really go in cycles of deep reading...an example thereof, none other than the John Grisham latest, 'The Guardians'...he has a way of getting you involved right off the bat...ah what?...off the bat?...in the opening chapter, there, that is better...everything seems plausible and you wonder if it is really true or fiction...now, that is a writer's knack...just trust me, it is worth the bucks...and the best price is at Costco...

Interestingly, is the book by Jr that I have mentioned the past couple of blogs...it was there, too...but, someone (?) had turned the stash of them, upside down...weird...and more of a backlash to what that bloke is all about...I reckon...or maybe, that is the way the producers want to have them on display...

Deep reading?...not his, for sure...but, the latest on Teerump that comes out...soon...by Anonymous...'A Warning'...why no credit for it?...I dunno, kids...I will get it...it's like Watergate, there is so much to find out...and this may be part of the puzzle for this misguided regime...there have been leaked parts that have got me a bit fascinated...

To be fair and balanced...there is another book out by Nikki Haley...who has leaked some of her stuff, too...leaked?...no, downright said some things...that two of Donny's cabinet were trying to lure her on to their side, to protect the country...ah ha...she named names...and they deny it...OK, the drift is that she wants to run for office soon...just a bit of Carnac here, but I wouldn't be too surprised if Teerump replaces Pence with her, on his 2020 ticket...that is, if he is still in office...

Can a bloke run for the presidency if he was impeached the year before?...

Tomorrow is the beginning of the 'LIVE' Q and A's in the House of Reps...scheduled for the next 2 weeks, so I hear...there is some commotion, that maybe more than the CNN, MSNBC, and FOX stations will carry the proceedings...really?...wooah, if true...now THAT brings me back to the Watergate years...

And the rest of the world...

Big commotion here at the zoo...as the smoke was all around us...warnings were given to the phones via text...more came via the call...then, over the building's intercom...'vacate the building, NOW!'...not too bad for us, as we are on the 5th floor...down the stairs and out the door...but, imagine the legwork if ya'll were on the 32nd floor, right Madam Butterfly?...there were 6 or 7 firetrucks surrounding the condo...turned out to be a transformer that the elevators use...burned out...not sure, but the elevators aren't working yet...still, a scare for sure...

Throw them under the bus...it appears that that is going to be the stance of the present inhabitant of the White House...so it is being leaked...that the plan of attack, er, shield, is to present the trio of blokes, Guiliani, Sondland, and Mulvaney, as acting on their own...and NOT by the direction of Teerump...let's see how this plays out, 'LIVE!'...

Really a fun NFL Monday niter...as the Seahawks won in OT over the 49ers...they benefited from a replacement FG kicker, that blew a probable winning kick earlier in the overtime for SF...it's a game of inches...especially on some weird and wacky officiating as to where forward progress was...or wasn't...hey, really 2 good teams...

I have told you about the app that is fantasmo...is that a word?...it is in the Horse world...Flipboard...well put together...and easy to read...try it out, kids...and you will find space on your 'smart' phone...

OK now...watched the town hall of Joe Biden last eve...he was 100% right on...and will deliver us back to being what we were...a major FELLOW player in the world...not the isolationist that Teerump has put us in...look (he did say that WAY too often), he brings class back to the office...yup, he has me vote...but dang it all, I do like Mayor Pete a bunch...so, I am hedging...

For most of the country, ya'll are getting a FREEZING C-O-L-D blast coming from the northland...all the way down to F-L-A...hmmm, it has been mighty mild here in SoCal...na na na na...

One of the pixel stations did a very interesting article on the USA/Russia relations...the reporter went there...interviewed the people, and showed some of their TV analysts...on screen...how much they love Teerump, but the undercurrent, was that they were laughing at us...that THEY had something to do with putting him into office...and THEY were better for it....discouraging, degrading, and deplorable...
