Why Hillary, Why?

To give the Trump Train a rest for a bit...well, sort of...the news out of the right coast was in my words, disturbing...as out of the shadows comes the one and only Hillary Clinton...ah, what?...suggesting that there is yet another sinister plot in the works for the 2020 Prez Election...orchestrated by the Russians, of course...and she names names...placing the placard of sabotage on the right now Demo candy woman, Tulsi Gabbard...

Say what?...that she is to be groomed as a Third Party runner...where is she getting her info?...and, more importantly, why is Hillary a news item...???...is this a master plan by Roger Stone, to find deflection in the impending impeachment?...bring her name up...get her in the limelight...and bring back the erased emails?...

There are so many more important things going on...let's not return to the '16 failed Hillary run...nope...and for the sake of the Democrats, please Ms. Clinton, very politely BOW OUT of the current race...your time has passed on...

The Trump clone in Britain, is having a heck of a time getting his country into buying what he has to sell...Boris (Badinoff) Johnson...Brexit, is no exit...yet...and get this...their government actually can meet on a Saturday!...shoot, ours is on a break...on the weekend...ie, your boy Donny, who gets out on the course...in one of his private golf resorts...I digress...

Can you please fill me in on OUR process?...when the House of Reps subpoena a person to testify and be interrogated...why can they just refuse to show up?...is there not any law that forbids this?...I heard they could lock said person up...but, really?...is the 'executive privilege' the escape cause?...which then means, that we are in full 'obstruction' mode, right?...it is so confusing...

Rick Perry, former Sec of Energy...resigns and in the next day, Donny appointed another dude...does this nom have to go thru Congress for ratification?...see, I am just mystified, need to be clarified, and like many of us out here in the real world, would like to be in a normalized government procedure...whatever that was supposed to be...cuz, it ain't anymore...shambled...ah, make that shameful...

In his checkered past of getting his buildings erected...like many different spots...Trump has had many contractors complaining that he didn't pay them off...a terrific Netflix flick on him showed that happening when he was in his infancy of his structures in NYC...when his son, Eric, was asked about this procedure...he blurted 'we pay if the work is good'...words to that effect...hmmm, in the everyday peops throughout the country, can you imagine not paying somebody...cuz, in YOUR determination, the work was not good...

It's Saturday, so time for some collegiate football!...geez, I have made NO predictions this year...going to keep that trend...but, I find some good games out there...none bigger than the Ducks at the Dawgs...weather?...fingers crossed for UO, duh...Clemson at Louisville...Florida at South Carolina...West Virginia at Oklahoma...LSU at Miss St...Michigan at Penn St...there you go...

Finally, the Yankees held on to a big first inning, and beat Verlander...as the match goes back to Texas...another must win for NY...

Must add this to the pix I had for The Beach Boys concert...guess who was invited on stage?...BTW, I think that yesterday was my all time hits record...242!...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
