Game 7
Not so often in the game ANYMORE is the manager/umpire brouhaha...where the captain gets heated about a 'blown' call...come running out of the dugout and screams in the ump's face...eventually, to get thrown out of the game...kicking dirt, shouting obscenities, spit comes out gnarly during the rampage...well now...it happened last night...even though 'instant replay' has pretty much shelved the spectacle...
And it happened over the rule that bewilders me...always has...that a runner going down the 1st base line...has to veer off the direct line...run to the right of it, in foul territory...even though the base is situated on the line...has never made sense to moi...and if YOU do...and the ball either hits you, or causes the ball to be missed by the 1st baseman...YOU are OUT!...happened last eve...and it took like 5 minutes for the replay center to come up with their decision...gross...
So, the Nats were the victim of the crazy rule...the manager got heated AFTER the inning was over...did the aforementioned shenanigans...got tossed...and the game went on...
Back in DC, where the Nat fans are going crazy with delight...there are different modes of euphoria in the House of Reps...as the latest guy being interrogated by the committee about the 'quid pro quo' in the tele call by TeeRump to the Ukraine Prez...the 'perfect' call, so he said...ah, Donny's words...the call was not so...
Alexander Vindman, the Ukraine expert and IN THE ROOM, with TeeRump...as the call was made...said yesterday that key elements were left OUT of the 'transcript' that Donny released to the World...sure...as I have said over and over...you can't believe a word that he says...and I am NOT talking Vindman...

As I so brazenly quipped at the conclusion of my blog yesterday...I mistakenly used the wrong word...got called out by Madam Butterfly...and now, will scrutinize me production a bit more ...you see, the bloody English language has some of these homonyms that creep up a bit, while one talks and writes...heals and heels...soul and sole...write and right...there and their...hear and here...him and hymn...knew and new...well now, the list is long and laboratory....you do get me drift, and the Horse is not without mistakes...ah, just this usage of '...' drives some people krazee....
Moving on to the Getty fire...as many of the LaLa people have had to temporarily relocate...find a hotel to stay at...one being the Lake Show's own LeBron James...a gesture that he made, was to send a 'taco truck' to the workers, who are trying to put the fires out...class act...have not heard the condition of the fires this am...
We watched a great flick on Netflix...'Echo in the Valley'...a journey into the past of the 60's singers and groups out of Laurel Canyon in LA...led by Bob Dylan's son, Jakob...who had a group of singers and musicians, that heard of the past...would interview living members of the Mamas and The Papas, Buffalo Springfield, the Byrds, The Beach Boys, John Sebastian...the list goes on and on...and then, his new group would cover the songs...was way rad...check it out...
Jakob sings better than his daddy...ha ha...
Mass shooting at a Long Beach Halloween Party last eve...3 dead and 9 wounded...the killer on the run...my God, this has become ho hum...NOOOO!...deal with this, Congress...it is persistent and rampant...
Surely this can't be right...Kanye is getting back $68 million bucks in a tax refund...just has to be one of them 'fake news' thangs...right?...
For game 7...the pitchers are for the Nat's...Max Scherzer...for the Astros...Zach Greinke...Max vs Zach...with the bullpens a waiting their call...I figure often...
