The Top 4?

Maybe I should say, the FINAL FOUR...this could be a bit premature...as Mayor Pete could figure in the mix...perhaps, Final 5?...but, can't see any of the others squirming in...can you?...this debate is in Houston...I think I'm right, haha...the elite are Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and Bernie Sanders...as I have continually said, I am waiting for a break through moment...in case you are out of the loop (?), these are the Democrats vying for the top elected office in our land...

I am hoping that one of the key parts of the night,  is when they attack the Apprentice...who will stand up and let fly first?...and hard...give his or her commentary of all the inadequacies that are so prevalent in this regime...our need for the real change in leadership...I don't want to hear about lesser issues, that can't really be done...hmmm, I guess I am leaning away from two of those 4...

One more thing before I move off of this...one of the keys, if not THE key, is the Democrat's apathy to the last election...did not get out to vote...listen, kids, it is imperative that you zone in on what's going on...make up your OWN mind...watching and listening to the wannabes is the perfect method...take some time and do so...if not you, who?...that scares moi...

This out of New Jersey...a couple that used a fertility clinic to help with their insemination...did the pregger thing...had a baby...and there was a screwup...they were white, and the baby that they born, was Asian...which brings about a bevy of questions...and perhaps, litigation...but, the real Q is... what if it happened to you?...would you continue on as the parents?...sue the fertility clinic?...and, how about the sperm that YOU gave, where is that?...into whom?...what WOULD YOU do?...

One of my favorite dudes in college football...Mike Leach...the rascal of the coaches...speaketh his mind...somehow has a really good team EVERY season...living and coaching in a remote spot in Pullman, Washington...where most kids have no clue as to where that is...and what the weather gets like...and has one of the most FUN offenses in the land to watch...really...well now, he has his team going back to play in Texas...geez, the debates one night, and the football, the next...and, of course, the date and time is predicated by the TV...moved it from Saturday to Friday...ah, the 13th...Mike, "Friday nite football is for the high schoolers"...totally agree...but, as per usual, it's all about the $...TV $...yes, this is the guy who directs the Washington State Cougars...

The mighty Padres...wooah...beat da Cubbies again last eve...4-0...ah, NUTTIN'...as the Sheriff and the relief corps had a helluva game...as did CF Manny Margot, with the glove and the stick...and, continuing on his oh so hot streak, Will Myers, had a 2 run ribbi single...he has been hitting over .400 in a solid 2 weeks or so, sporting an 11 game hitting streak...I know nothing...

As I remember it...in the waning hours and days after 9/11...the Mayor of NY was huge and taking charge...Rudy Guliani...I thought the world of him...even thinking he was presidential material...since?...not so much...but, he had time to reflect on that horrific day...and when queried, could not recall if Hillary Clinton, was even there at the site...you see, he has become a rabid Republican...apparently, with a failing memory....as there are pictures of him, doing his thing...back when, with her next to him...oh my...

And more from the Apprentice...he is trying to get to the bottom of the vaping crisis...going to ban flavored ecigs...the foundation he thinks to the use of more dangerous vapes...now, if Donny would just show the same passion to the rapid fire guns, that are allowed in this country, he could turn some heads...yea, right....

I did score some UO/USC game tix...as Snooki is going to come on down for the match...which just could be a donnybrook...November 2...my son is thinking about joining us...too...of course, like the WSU game above, the time of kickoff is NOT set yet...waiting on the TV $...we are debating taking the train, in lieu of driving...have to study that a bit more...especially if the game is at night...oh yea, and I heard this from my esteemed colleague from the great PNW, there is a line on the Montana/Duck game....+35...hmmm....

Couple of funny, not so laughable things...like ha ha...well, maybe so...some patent requests that were turned down...Ohio State wanted to patent 'THE', as most alumni say now, THE Ohio State...nope...and this one...LeBron James, the LaLa Laker, was asking for 'Taco Tuesday' as his...give me a break...my terminology is a tad off, it should be 'trademarks'...ha ha, well, still REJECTED!...

A totally scientific review of the breakfast sandwiches that are out there...and loving it...is made right here....yup, in the Horse blog, by him himself...ah, moi...me...here we go...the best of them all?...runaway winner is the biscuit sandwich at Carl's Jr...the biscuit is outta this world...2nd, is the Starbucks bacon egg and cheese croissant...and last, is the McDonald's any of theirs...dry...tastes like it was just taken out of the micro...and better yet, the Carl's Jr is 2 for $4!...I would not lie to you...

My round yesterday....if there was a bunker, I was in it...if there was a tree, I'd hit it...

FIBA World Cup...mens hoops...I am adding this late...the USA were taken out early...as even Coach Pop couldn't get these dudes to win...the Americans are used to walking thru these games...not anymore...as many of the opponents have NBA players on their teams...too many of the selfish, elite US guys, pass on playing...hey, it's all about the money...LeBron?...naw...the Brow?...naw...Steph?...nope...the Beard?...you gots to be kidding...hey, the idea of winning with the next line of blokes is a TALL order...and, now, unsuccessful...

BREAKING NEWS....the House has voted on rules of Impeachment...ah, what?....

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
