Hold Outs

Afternoon, kids...had a way early tee time and had no time to talk...now I do...let's just say I am a tired doogie...95* out at the course, and little wind...makes for a very HOT round...on the 16th tee, I was sweating big time...this after loads and loads of agua...still...can't imagine how the blokes in the desert do it...

The item for this day, has to do with the upcoming NFL camps...as we all get ready to draft our fantasy football teams...I mean, this is all for you and I, right?...who is hurt, who is in tip top shape, and what does the FF magazine say?...alas, the one thing that keeps coming up...the money that running backs want...and are willing to sit out, until they get the cash that they think they deserve...HOLD OUTS!...which affects their teams, and more importantly, how this affects the fantasy draft...c'mon, get real...

One of the said RB's, is the dude from the vagabond Chargers, Melvin Gordon...listen, I hope the best for the Bolts...well, sort of...just not for the odious owner family...you know why...and, many of the so called pundit, pick 'em as real contenders this season...such a waste, as they still play in that 27,000 seat soccer stadium in LA...yet, Gordon is willing to sit out, perhaps the entire season...here's the deal...RB have a short self life...max is 4 and 1/2 years...hmmm...

Staying in football, there are the college pundits doing their thang, too...and have picked the Ducks of Oregon as the favorites in the Pac 12 North...I sure hope that comes to fruition...

Remember the time, that no pro sports were played in Vegas?...now, they all do...all star games...as the colleges do, too...conference championship games and all...why?...they have the arenas and the HOTELS!...

Surprised to see the leader of the French LPGA T was the one and only Pink Panther...I mean, how can't that happen in France?...Pink Panther, Inspector Clouseau...and side splitting laughs...right?...well, I am stretching it a bit...but, it is Paula Creamer as the first round leader...can she pull this off?...

The mighty Padres...are they or aren't they going to be in the trade market this next week?...they are on the cusp to either out of the playoffs, or, in the playoffs...do they sell their key guys and get prepped for next season?...again?...

Did you see the way the South Korean all star baseball game was played?...the players dressed in Halloween type costumes...it added a bit of fun to it all...does North Korea have a league, too?...ha ha...

The Trailblazers signed another C to their roster...ancient Pau Gasol...39 yrs young...in NBA age, that is about 78...my good buddy, says that he adds calm presence in the locker room...ah, that's why you already have like 6 coaches, right?...he does add another bloke who can't hedge...that is the mantra for the forever also ran, Blazers...sorry, Coach, but it's true...bad add, says the Horse...but, he was cheap...ha ha...

I did get me hairs cut...$13 bucks...'short on the side, leave the top a bit long, and block the back'...sure, they always give me the same style...regardless of what I say...the military cut...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
