As we approach the 4th of July...a celebration of the country...Independence Day...as the 13 American colonies were no longer under British rule...did you know, that it wasn't a Federal holiday until 1941?...nevertheless, it has been widely known as the, make that, THE day, that we broke off from the Monarch of England...think about that, the Europeans felt that this land, was theirs...that tiny lil Island of Britain...

Sure, we shall have a festive time for this date...sparklers, cherry bombs, snakes, bottle rockets, and the best of all, firecrackers...wait, those can't be set off any more...does anyone still make them?...in lieu, there are grand events...where monster fireworks are set off over bays, er, bodies of water...where are these made?...yea, probably China...them too...most every city has them...in some safe mode...

Throw in the dances...the parties...the food...the beverages...the wearing of the red, white, and blue...gosh, it wasn't that long ago, you were shamed if you wore any variation of the US flag...lawdy, not now...here at the home, we have such a thang...burgers, hot dogs, and some brewskis...and a live band so we can shake our bones...

It's also a time that the Prez can show a national one...bring in the famous...singers, groups, and whoever can sing patriotic songs...one must have a symphony from somewhere...this guy, your Trump, wants to go another step...just like the dictators of other countries...feature a force of HIS army and navy...a grand parade...have the air force whiz by over HIS skies...ah, come on, people, let him have his fun...hey, maybe for a real blast, have Ivanka do a repeat of her speech that she gave to the Euro leaders last week...I digress...

Fuggit about the cost...it's for ALL of us to enjoy...

My blog title today is ELECTABILITY...I find it highly amusing that the Demos are searching high and low for skeletons on one another...he did this...she said that...on and on...NONE of them, even approach what Trump has said or done in his past...and HE got elected...!!!...fuggit about the path that they are taking...

The issue shall be one thing and one thing ONLY....who can stand face to face with Donny...and bring him to his bloody knees!...nothing else...that is who is going to garner my vote...right now?...Kamala appears to be the one that can do so...I think Trump thinks this, too...c'mon, you others, step up and show your gnarly side...

Sure seems that whenever the Horse starts talking nicely about the mighty Padres, they go on a downward trend....no worse than the past 2 HOME games versus the Giants...SF has ripped the Pad's pitching...and offensively, we have been offensive...ha ha...

The ladies USA soccer team got the big W!...beat them Brits...even, without the star of the squad...now, play for the title...lots of people follow this...I kinda do...I ask you aficionados, this Q....there were two gals from the Britain team that fouled like often...tripped and pushed...how often can you do that, and stay on the field?....in hoops, you get 5 or 6 of these, and you are banished from the game...these 2, remained the entire time...
