Why are the everyday things that go on, in our lives appear so stressful?...why did I add a comma, where I did?...who put this language together?...did a group of people just gather about one day, and decide to structure this way of communication?...it had to be prior to the Bible, right?...hmmm, maybe not English...I declare stupidity on me part...has anyone YOU know ever asked this question before?...I know of no one...

Was it 3 blokes that made all the decisions?...just like the number of stewards at the Kentucky Derby?...I digress...were there women involved in the 'committee?'...so, if this peaks your interest, you might Google the Q and see what pops up...hey, by the way, I did find an answer to the double pop up on the search engine...ah, why the naming of an Injun, too...another sidelight...the same 'committee?'...the result is that the Mac (and Apple) indeed can get stuck with a virus, just like the PC's can...so, yup, I bought a recommended malware...and it found 24 strands of something bad...got rid of them, and now...I am protected for a year....if you want the name of the app, write me...

I started this blog today, speaking of the daily stuff...really, it is the process of moving...the boxing of thangs...seems simple enough...as we are selling the condo with the furniture...but, we have to store the boxes of everything else...somewhere...then have them moved to the desert...and, as we have found out, not a cheap process...all this within 16 days...stressful?...ah yea...

Then...we have to buy NEW furniture for the new house...from the bottom up...let's see...2 beds, an office, a dining room table and chairs, living room furniture...at the least...lighting fixtures...geez...sounds like fun to you?...at times...at least we don't have to deal with the rules of a building to get the pieces in...reserving the elevator and all....

All the while, we are going to get out of the way, via Cosmo...have to spend a month as we will be officially homeless...ha ha...well, within the Peterman Tour Bus...so, I guess not really homeless...just on wheels...yea, it does seem stressful this interim period...

Some quickees...

The Rockets beat the Warriors at home, ah, Texas...yes, I have said that Golden St will not repeat...maybe, not even get to the west finals...the long shot in the other series, the Blazers...just can't beat the Nuggets with NO REBOUNDING...the east...the Bucks handling the Celts...good...I love to see Kyrie fill the airwaves with excuses...and I have no clue about the 76ers and the Raptors...none whatsoever...

The Mighty Padres won the 1st game of the Met series...the Sheriff was so tuff...had 11 k's and shut them out during his 7 2/3 innings of work...Hunter hit another dinger...and life is good, ah, right now...

Trump bamboozled the Treasury Dept to not allow his tax returns be released to the House...of course...just WHAT is in them, that he wants to hide so vehemently?...must be a whopper of something...

Trump, again, has said that China reneged on a compromise...so there you go...an added tariff on them....nah nah nah nah....and the stock market is in shambles...the Futures are way down again...hey, not as bad as I thought yesterday, but yup, down...

Did you see all the costumes that the pretty people wore for the Met Gala?...whatever that is....do these people sit in these gowns?...or, do they just walk around and be seen?...

Whatever this means...but the Bachelorette Becka and her fiancé, Garrett, BROKE the bed in their fantasy suite, during the production of the show...

Donny is still trying to find an executive order to stop Mueller from testifying before Congress...obstruction of what?...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
