Site Building

Maybe I should say 'sight' building...not sure how many sets of spectacles I own, but I am always searching for the one that I see the clearest through...what do you use?...do you own but ONE pair?..why are glasses called 'pair?'...I digress...at your inclining age, wait, make that declining...ah, come on Horse, none of the negative...are you in bifocals?...er, maybe no-line bi's?...you may be one of the rich and famous who got the surgery to not need the glasses, Lasix...oh my, that is the drug for the race horses...I meant Lasik...but, there is a chance that you may still have them bloody readers...yes, kids, it's all about the eyes...hmmm, how many pairs of sunglasses you got?...

I started with 'site'...in reference to the Journey Deux of the PETERman Tour Bus...the eventual landing spot is in our original state of Orygun...have contacted our peops and they have us on their calendar...we just may have an extended stay there...thus, I did not map out the return trip...but I do see at least a 23 day jaunt...er, journey...sound like fun to you?...does do us...

One of the items that is on our question marks...is the dinner cooking...yea, sure, cans of chili and soups...mac and cheese boxes...you know, staples...so we have been studying and have found a cooking thang...that one uses on the benches...a 17" griddle...that stores up nicely...put in a bag and can be nestled into a spot in the Cosmo...today, we purchase said item....prepare, always prepare...

Thanks to Tom Terrific as he took me out to where he stores his Class B RV...showed me HIS ropes...and the site he has, is wonderful...we are officially, on the waiting list to put ours there, too...many thanks, TT...for the breakfast, too...

Utter nonsense...

For all of the hoopla about winning at home...the bludgeoned Blazers went softly in the nite...another loss...another big lead...another blow job...for some reason, Coach Stotts, went back to his center drop in the 3rd stanza...and let in the shooters of the Warriors...by the end of that quarter, Golden St was in the LEAD!...cruised to a W...some stellar play by Green and shooting by the Splash Bros...now?...up 3-0...saw some article that says that Dame has bruised ribs...there must be a reason for his less than sparkling play...

The mighty Padres...pooh...lack of hitting...poor pitching...alas, the outcome is another loss...that's 5 of the last 6...boo...finally, Lil Mgr Green replaced Wil 'no thrill' Myers in the game...man, he is hitting like .100 in the past 20 games...a big duh...want a dismal stat?...the Pads have struck out 53 times in the last 4 games...FIFTY THREE!...13+ a game...good gawd...

Brooks Koepka...up 7?...breezing to a one sided win at the PGA...have you ever heard of the bloke who is tied for 2nd at -5, Jazz Janewattanond...really, that is his name...go ahead, just try to pronounce that one...anyhoo...it's a Koepka walk in the park...

The tip...of what's to come?...a Repub calling for the impeachment of Trump...Congressman Justin Amash...out of Michigan...ah yea, Donny went to a Tweeting about him...defending himself...calls Amash a loser...amongst other things...yes, DJT, you are such a class act...

The Preakness...did not have the winner...really, did not have the time to study it....man, tho, the price tag of $942 for the exacta was quite nice...that with Rosario (my fav jock) bringing in a long shot for 2nd...$38 on the place tix...hind site...ha ha...er, sight...my heart just wasn't in it...

Is it just me, or is the impeachment word being used more and more, lately?...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
