Right Smack Dab In Your Face
Morning, kids...just a perfectly awful Tuesday we went through...not sure if 'perfectly' and 'awful' should be put together, but there you go...it does describe the bulk of about 8 hours or so...here be a snippet of it all...
I have been awaiting to bring out the calendar to mark down the projected timeline of everything that will occur in the next 6 weeks...so much is dependent upon the 'contingencies' lifted on our condo sale...once that has happened, then the calendar takes over...
So we painstakingly did just that...from when to start boxing, where to store the boxes, where to store the cars, where we are to be staying in the interim, how long for each?, when to go to the desert for the final look see and payment for the build job...really, so much stuff that it was a daily schedule that had to be followed...a plan...
Yes, I know that one has to be skeptical of all deals...thus, my reluctance to bring out the calendar...but, the last memo we got, was the buyer's need for a measurement for a dog door...that was the item that got me going to the next step...alas, then is happened...another memo...
The deal is probably (very highly so) dead...things popped up and the plan...is done...kaput...finished...wiped out...grrrr....swear word...swwwweeeaaarrr word!!!!!!!!
Right smack dab in your face...back to square one...of course, there will be a contention to lower the price...get back in the game...ah NO!...we'll give it a bit longer...take our first Cosmo trip...and wait for the official pull out...who knows, in the interim, another offer may come forth...
Looks like the desert will have to wait for a year...as we will pull the condo off the market...wait for the uptick in the market...and pick and choose when we go out and about...in the Cosmo...
Off we went to the Headquarters to celebrate (?) our loss...er, drown our sorrows...instead, our minds went to justifying why the deal death, is actually a good thing...hmmm...moving to the desert in the summer is a bad plan...that the 'other' end can wait until there are better monetary times here...sure, we will lose the build job...but, s__t happens...
To stay totally negative...the Blazers were 'perfectly awful' themselves in Denver...I mean, dreadful...a huge loss, and a ticket to the golf course for the boyz is imminent...and the mighty Padres...squandered leads, with shotty bullpen pitching...I will say the lil Mgr Green was working this time, tho...and yet, had the bases full in the bottom of the 9th...mega chances, but came up short...
As predicted the Dow and the Nasdaq got huge negative hits yesterday...thank you Donny...the forecast for today, is still down, but not like the one that we just saw...
And if true...Trump...has some splainin to do...the unearthing of his taxes back when...showing that he lost billions of bucks in his 'art of his deals'...and that he paid no taxes for like 6 years...allegedly...think WE have problems?...ha ha...
Yea, so, I am hoping for a rebound day today...right?...some bad, and then, some good...
