Cris and Leila's son...our grand son...now, I may be biased here...but, he is one beautiful baby...Cyrus Allan Joseph Shepard...and, with the help of Leila's mother, Homa, they are doing a wonderful job (!) at bringing the baby along...I have forgotten how hard the beginning is...BTW, it took us SEVEN hours by train to travel there...our LAST time doing the Amtrak thang...by car, the least amount is 3 1/2 hrs...usually like 4 1/2...so...guess what...

Rapper Nipsey Hussle...was shot and killed in LA...at first I thought they said Nipsey Russell...a comedian of the past...who died years ago...ah, it is a very dangerous world we live in...oh yea, BTW, you have NO IDEA how many homeless set up tents in and around the train tracks in LA...it is discouraging and bewildering, at the same time...I still wonder about these stats for the number of people working...one elder fellow train rider said  'reminds me of the great depression, all these homeless'...hmmm...

Golf...is a very difficult game...somewhere lost in it, is the interaction with fellow hackers...yes...playing in groups...but, right now I am going to talk about 'match play'...where you and I are flailing about for 18 holes...a 'round'...what?...we are trying to have the lower score, between us two...and thus, win the hole...in the pros, they just completed a T with all matches, only...
