Wassup?

To say it has been a hectic time around here, is putting it mildly, kids...just a lot of stuff going on...that I can't reveal right yet...which has been taking us EVERYWHERE!...I know, it's a tease, but it's the reason for me not posting each and every day...hang in there, I eventually, will get back on track...ah, but not for awhile...so, please check in to see WASSUP...woah, a term of the past decade...anyhoo, let's go for a bit...

How's your Final 4 teams?...sure you got these...Auburn (right?) vs Virginia (many people had them)...and Michigan St (MY pick for the finals) vs Texas Tech (what?????, the bracket buster)...Duke eventually succumbed at the end of a game...no whistle could save 'em...hey, them Ducks put a scare into the Cavs...Chas Barkley has been going bonkers over his Auburn...ah hem, NOBODY predicted these 4 at the end...

More...the advent of the non-stop 3 ball attempts...has changed the beauty of the game ever more...it's an advantage like no other in hoopdom...but, I question the value of it...what?...its too cheap a score...I say nonsense to it...back the extra point line to near mid court...bring back the passing, and true defense that made the game, the great one, that it ONCE was...just wait, you'll agree with me even more...when you will see the ugliness of the Houston Rockets, in the NBA win out...with the cheap score...the Horse speaketh...

As the scuttlebutt of whom is the right choice for the candy man or woman, for the Demos in 2020 emerges...there is a bit of a scare tactic that has come out about Joe Biden...give me a break...it's no where close to the crap that Trump has done...and he became your President despite all of his claims and his hush money payments...don't get me wrong here...

The Demos are working on a bill that would get them the FULL Mueller Report...listen, Trumpsters, your euphoria may not be long lived...hmmm, can't they just subpoena Mueller and get the real deal?...

The start of the Padres...won the series with the Giants...3-1... and that was the score of the deciding game, too...4 solid pitching days was the key...not so great of hitting...but, that will come...YES!...now in comes the DBacks for a 3 game set here at Petco...we have to get out for one of them...hope...hey, SD had a GREAT spring and it is carrying over into the real world...ah, season...

The gals final 4...NCAA...half the way there...UConn and the DUCKS are there...the other two will emerge tonight...

Cris and Leila's son...our grand son...now, I may be biased here...but, he is one beautiful baby...Cyrus Allan Joseph Shepard...and, with the help of Leila's mother, Homa, they are doing a wonderful job (!) at bringing the baby along...I have forgotten how hard the beginning is...BTW, it took us SEVEN hours by train to travel there...our LAST time doing the Amtrak thang...by car, the least amount is 3 1/2 hrs...usually like 4 1/2...so...guess what...

Rapper Nipsey Hussle...was shot and killed in LA...at first I thought they said Nipsey Russell...a comedian of the past...who died years ago...ah, it is a very dangerous world we live in...oh yea, BTW, you have NO IDEA how many homeless set up tents in and around the train tracks in LA...it is discouraging and bewildering, at the same time...I still wonder about these stats for the number of people working...one elder fellow train rider said  'reminds me of the great depression, all these homeless'...hmmm...

'Stay in your lane, bro'...referring to Trump trying to eliminate Obamacare, without a replacement for it...ah, wait...just exactly what IS his lane?...

Golf...is a very difficult game...somewhere lost in it, is the interaction with fellow hackers...yes...playing in groups...but, right now I am going to talk about 'match play'...where you and I are flailing about for 18 holes...a 'round'...what?...we are trying to have the lower score, between us two...and thus, win the hole...in the pros, they just completed a T with all matches, only...

Inside the tussle, there is this thing called etiquette...giving your opponent a short putt, is an example of that...happens all the time...and, sometimes you just assume a very short putt will be 'given'...well now...of course, so it seems, two of the blokes that may have ulterior motives....schemers...locked up in a battle...Sergio and Matt Kuchar...and here we go...Sergio took a putt...close one...and Kuch said he didn't give it...BOOM!...this is the dude, who won a T in Mexico and paid his caddie $5 grand rather than 10% of the winnings...he also, sports a smile, that could be misleading...ha ha...'that's good'...well, maybe not...Geez, I just read this back...failed to mention the winner!...Kevin Kisner...

The Futures were WAY up this am...so, you day traders get out there and make a buck or two...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
