A word that is often used to spark interest...debate...make one step right up and take notice...TRENDING...it's like being on the fence and then, falling off...or, clinging on for dear life...you take your pick...a pundit can get his or her viewpoint out there in the web net world, without really taking a side...right?...

Ah, the mighty Padres are TRENDING downward...losers of FIVE straight...in a series of games, that show an extreme lack of offensive production...er, back to back hits...to score RUNS...the prediction prior to the season, was the lack of dandy starting pitchers...that many runs will be needed to win games, thereof....oops, the pitching has been GREAT...the hitting?...abysmal...so much for the crystal ball...fingers crossed, for a change...as we have tix to tonight's game...a BREAKOUT?...

Speaking of FIVE...the Horse went over to Striders...the local off track betting bar and parlor (?)...had a burger and a beverage (maybe more than one, I don't recall)...mapped out the first FIVE races of Santa Anita...and bet the Pick 5...yes, for the 7th time...the Horse hit it...albeit, a low payout...but, STILL...TRENDING upward...there is a good side to a lower payout, ah, no tax on it...ha ha...

In the aftermath of the Barr Version of the Mueller Report, Part Deux...TRENDING towards strong tongue lashing to all of Trump's former henchman and women, who had the audacity to speak to Mueller when called upon...as Donny is irate over his people, turning on him...well, actually, saying ANYTHING that happened behind the White House doors...they needed to play the 'I don't recall' button, that he used...when queried...so simple, right?...

Think about this...Trump...has used many off colored slang type terms to call his fellow Americans...well, the Demos...and the journalists...BUT, he has never called Putin, the real arch enemy of the US (via Batman) anything of the sort...this is TRENDING nowhere...it is rock solid by Donny....ever wonder why?...

One of the people that Trump DID call out a nickname...Sen Elizabeth Warren (Trump's name for her was, or is, Pocahontas)...has turned the tables...calling for IMPEACHMENT of him...this is the TRENDING story of the day...does it have legs?...let the day unfurl, kids...

TRENDING towards a Judicial showdown...the House of Reps, want the full Mueller Report...AG Barr, responded with an offer of a 'less redacted' version of it...ah, Part Three...nope, not sufficient, dude...so, there is a subpoena enacted...they have until May 1 to release it to the House...

The cost of gasoline for the USA...TRENDING upwards...big time...regular is over $4...how is it where you live?...

In the path of the 5 game losing streak, an odd thing happened in last night's loss...to abort a possible win....egads....a one out double by the struggling 2B Kinsler...thus, we had 2 chances to knock him in as the winning run....but, alas, he tried to steal 3rd and was thrown out...bizarre...back in little league, players are taught otherwise...I was irate...but asked about the play, Mgr Green declared 'that was not a mistake'...apparently HE called for it...TRENDING towards getting fired...

You know, when I think of today's blog title, most of me mind goes to what is hot in clothes...right?...what are the masses wearing now?...Tiger is bringing back the mock turtle neck golf shirt...at Coachella there are 60's type of 2 piece bikinis...ah, for the gals...who isn't wearing very dark rimmed glasses?...all TRENDING...

Often, I will close me blog with some type of reference to the title of the day...TRENDING...so, I took a gander at iTunes...see what would match up...and LOADS of suggestions were about DRINKING BEER...ha ha, really?...thus, I'll bite...my finish is this...by Billy Currington, 'Pretty Good at Drinking Beer'...hey, I'm doing two trends at once...a new T and a catchy phrase...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
