Monday Quickee

Hey, kids...early tee time...so just a few thoughts to get out there to ya'll...the Sri Lanka bombings were done by an Islamic Radical Group...not sure if I heard of their name yet...but, the numbers are staggering...over 290 killed and 500+ injured...yes, this on Easter Sunday...so sad and maddening at the same time...

The Blazers get a huge win at OKC...as Dame and CJ dominated...that has the series at 3-1...going back to PDX...you know, both of these teams are built the same way...2 scorers and penetrators, 2 spot up shooters, and a big....the diff is that Dame is better than Westbrook....true dat...

The streak is OVER...as the Pads got a win...finally...been near a week...it's a loooong season...there are peaks and valleys...

Trump took some time off from all of his work, to go golfing in Florida...

His henchmen, are still at work...were, anyway...as his crew is trying to cuff the heck out of Iran...oil tariffs...good move, Donny...what's the price of gas now?...let's pay more!...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
