Time for us all to take a break...get entertained...and put the stress on the down low...get yer ya ya going...groove and watch what makes the Country Music what it is today...fuggit about the award part of it...it's the sangers sanging...Reba hosts...from Vegas...scheduled to perform are most of the biggies in the field...

Little Big Town, George Strait, Carrie...the list goes on and on...I tape it and watch an hour later...to skip past the bloody commercials...duh...trust the Horse, it is worth the watch...

How about the semis in the Final 4, guys version?...the bracket buster, Texas Tech!...beat Mich St, in a battle of defenses...the latter part of the first half, where neither team scored...was brutal...not my type of hoop...and the first one...Virginia won on a contested 3 pointer at the buzzer...foul and the bloke hit all 3 free throws...much to the chagrin and blasphemy of the losers, the Auburn Tigers...hey, CBS had a retired ref doing some analyzing of the stripes...said that to add to the frustrations of Auburn, that just prior to the foul, there was a double dribble that was missed...ah, listen buddy, they missed the foul that caused the dislodging of the ball in the first place...you see what you want to see...anyhoo, TT vs Virginny...who you got?...

One more thing before the finals of the ladies...UO's star shooting guard, Sabrina Ionescu, has announced that she is returning for her senior year!...in this day and age of skipping onto $...she is finishing what she began as a Duck...the final game for the ladies...ND vs Baylor...your choice?...

The Padres!...won the first two games of the Saint Looey series...there is a definite DIFFERENT vibe of these boyz...Mgr Green finally heeded my advice and got Renfroe and Hedges back in the lineup...and they have led the team to W's...hey, dude, give me a call...and we can win this thang...or...just read my blog...

Rolling out to Singing Hills for a practice round...will drop a ball or two...to work out some kinks prior to Bozos...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
