Fifty THREE

Morning, you Sooper Bowl fanatics!...chances are you went with your heart instead of your brain...in your pick for the winner of number Fifty THREE of those classics...hey, weren't the THREES wild?...13-3, solid win for the New England Patriots...yup, yet again...as HC Bill Bellycheck, and QB Tom Terrific, persevered for their 6th time...SIX TIMES, kids...6!...and they are not through...they are not quitting...

To be fair and honest...ooh, impartial...the Rams were prepared defensively...allowing 13 points for a game, normally is a winner...but, so were the Pat's...defense...holding LaLa to THREE...absolutely AWESOME!...right?...for many, this was a boring Sooper Bowl...for the lack of scoring...well, it was a fast paced one...but dang it, the bloody commercials were lame, too...geez, did I just say the game was lame?...

So, I took Sammi on a dog run, as the halftime show was about to commence...ah, not a fan of Maroon 5...well, the lead singer, Adam Levine...grates on me in the Voice...ha ha...but, he did create a bit of a stir, right?...Nipple Gate 2?...tore off his tank top to warble his songs?...there you go....bare chested lad, for the public to view...Jimmy Crack Corn...

Hmmm, the Horse did pick the winner and the way you SHOULD have bet...I did not go into the over/under crap...just give the 2 1/2 and take the Pats...WINNER!...doesn't happen often...

Around town, we are getting more of this rain stuff...'we need it'...so I have canceled me golf for the day...duh...listen, we have had more of it, then all of the years combined that we have moved down here to SoCal...poor poor pitiful me...

Speaking of pitiful...Trump is going to give his 'State of the Union' address tomorrow eve...man, I am so excited...ah, no...will not watch or hear the debacle...I don't believe a word he says...NONE!....zero...zilch...nary a sentence...will he get booed?...well, here is the first one....boo!...

The Futures this morning?...moderate at basically even...so, it's a guess today...

I declare this a book reading day...unless, you are a worker bee...hmmm, this is called the 'National Football Hangover Day'...

Late edition add...the rule that happened on the 11th hole in the Soprano's Open in 'Zona...to Rickie Fowler...as he placed his ball...and was 10 yards away from it...and the ball rolled into the lake, all by itself...wind aided, I suppose...he was given a penalty stroke for that...BS rule...and yet, he fought back and won the T...terrific!...which not only stands for Tom Brady, but for the effort of Rickie...
