Back in Biz

Alas, the government will be back up and running, at full tilt...for 3 weeks...as the current inhabitant of the White House, gave his nod...'get it back in biz'...without the funding for his Trump Wall, included in the OK...there are countless kudos to be given out...none more than to Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, for standing up to him...pay our people, get them back to work...and let's get this whole thing worked out...

Beneath the aforementioned announcement, was the FBI raid and arrest of Trump's long time confidant and advisor, Roger Stone...obstruction of justice and lying, were part of the 7 items he was charged with...this is the 8th member of the committee to get Trump elected, to be rounded up...charged and most, incarcerated...but, I want go back into time on this one...

Back...like in '14 or so...when the idea came up that Trump would put his name in the hat, to run for the Presidency...a gleam in someone's eyes...as he was deciding what he needed to come up with, to coerce the masses to vote for him...his group of advisors included Roger Stone...told him that he need border security as a hot topic...and Stone came up with 'the wall' idea...Donny didn't like it at first, but in an early speech, he brought it up and his crowd went crazy...it was now, a major item...there you go...

Stone, was released from the arrest, bail bonded...and, as weird as it
seemed to moi...went right out and talked to the public, gathered there in Ft Lauderdale...what?...tried to outspeak the numbers who were chanting 'lock him up!'...but, as he left, turned and gave the extended arm thang, that Nixon used...when he departed the WH for the last time...ironic?...

Let's turn our attention back to Venezuela...reminder that the Russians told us to stay out of this...hmmmm...well, let's see what happens with that...an indicator of what control they may have on Trump...watch this carefully, kids...anyhoo, of all countries weighing in, the EU is...European Union...that has said to Maduro, that he has 8 days...to get out?...or....

NO MENTION by DJT on the release of the statement of the Koch Bros...that they were through giving their support and money to him getting re-elected...has to hurt big time...

There are two pro sports that when they have their all star games, they are kind of fun to watch...baseball and basketball...and they are always trying to tinker with them to make them more meaningful...stop it...in the hoops, they have dudes pick teams, like in street ball...silly...hey, LeBron has been injured half the season, and he's a starter?...stuff like that happens...

Over at Torrey, the pro golfers are enjoying wonderful weather and a course in great shape...Justin Rose is on fire...the T is really happy, as Tiger made the cut, too...for those of you golfers, the nasty part of Torrey Pines...the length and the height of the rough...brutal for us hacks...

So many little rumors abound about them Padres...one is NOT, and is a truth...that in 2020, the uni color is going back BROWN...the other, is that the club is in pursuit of two blokes, Manny Machado and the Nat's Bryce Harper...I'll believe that when I see them paraded about in Petco...

The Horse and the son head up to LaLa to play in a T for his (Cris's) former college...I believe we have won it half the time we have played...my game is not 100%...ha ha...geez, when has it been that?...
