Houston, We Have A Problem

Just takes ONE judge to shake up the health world...well, the USA's version...a District Court Judge...the ONE...Reed O'Connor...from the grand state of Texas...has done so...found that the so called 'Obamacare' is not worthy...er, unconstitutional...euphoria for Trump, I suppose...and throws a huge wrench into all of us that are dependent upon that part of health care...this, as so many are in the throws of signing up FOR it...geez...what does this all mean?...I dunno...listen, kids...this is not his first attempt at putting a hold on 'Obamacare'...did so in '16, too...yup, he has the conservative approach, as he was selected into office by Prez Bush...one of 'em...want more?...notice how he rules on minorities, too...homework for ya...yup, just ONE judge...

In these days of telling lies...lots of them...which starts at the TOP of our political system...apparently, you can just shrug things off, and say I didn't really mean them...there has never been the amounts of...give some partials truths...or in some cases, LOTS of cases, just flat out LIES...who is there to monitor or even STOP one from doing so...NOBODY!...it's an epidemic that has no serum to stop the disease...no shot out there...to quell the embarrassment...

For the past 3 years or so, the Cleveland Browns, of the NFL...could barely win ONE game in a season...the ownership blamed the coaches...fired them right and left...hey, you gots to have good players to win...it's all on the GM...finally, they drafted a game changer...amongst some others...their new QB, Baker Mayfield, is one of them...alas, they are now winning...and have a long shot at even, gulp, the unthinkable, the playoffs...good on them...hey, this is the season, that many teams have a chance at the crown...yea, even the LaLa Chargers...

Help me understand this...the Philly Eagle QB, Carson Wentz, has a broken back...how can any coach even think that he could play him?...you do know, it is a brutal game...but...

The 39 college bowls have begun...and the pool I'm in has 39 entrants...that's ironic...or, what's the word?...serendipitous?...weird, for sure...and yes, the Horse, really has NO clue as to whom all these winners might be...when was the last time Tulane was in a post season game?...and then, won it?...I saw 2 bowl games yesterday, and the stands were half full...blinked, and thought maybe I was watching a homer for the Chargers at their soccer stadium...I digress...

Hey, how is the Humpty Trumpty Wall coming along?...ah ha, the troops down at the border...kind of did the military thang...just after erecting barb wire all along the border, were seen taking it down, yesterday...'we're going to take that mountain...the next day, fall back...a week later, let's take that mountain, again'...and behind all of this...if Trump doesn't get his money for his wall, he is to shut down the government...on December 22...for a possible few days, up to a few weeks...Merry Xmas...

Some college hoops from Saturday...UO beat Boise St (is that really a state?), as the star Bol Bol, sat with a foot injury...not a good sign for them tall guys...North Carolina beat the Zags...hmmm, not really sure about Gonzaga...Oregon St fell to Texas something...in PDX...now, I watched that one...and don't get mad at me, Beavs...but OSU is not very well coached....and finally, the upset of upsets...Belmont, the U that features the future country singers and pickers, and not known for their athletics, beat the UCLA Bruins...has to be their best win...in a loooong time...

The HEADLINE for the NY Post...is that it is very dangerous to vacay in Mexico...like deadly...but man, ask our friends around here, and they say otherwise...how safe it is...listen, Horseites, let's boogie via da plane to Maui and call it good...

The annual gala event is this eve...the Pinnacle Xmas Party...ah, make that the Holiday Party...yes, I am going to clean up for the extravaganza...wear a tie...shave off me goatee...study the transcript of how to not talk politics, nationally and here at the home...now, it all goes awry if there is too much bubbly poured...it's a sit down affair...I guess...but please, NO goat cheese...
